We've been using the Cuattro DR system and Software for almost 3 years now. We are a busy orthopedic practice running up to 80 patients a day in X-Ray alone. Support is always fast and easy to get a hold of.

We have had a horrible experience with Cuattro Digital Radiology system. They sold us a lemon, service has been awful, and after realizing they sold us a lemon, refused to renew our service plan. I don't recommend them at all. Update: I'd like to add to this review about our horrible experience with Cuattro. The initial purchase and support was horrible. They cancelled our support after 6 months (we were on a 1 year support agreement) and refused to let us renew, even if we paid extra because they knew that they had sold us a lemon. The software was horrible. It would freeze up when we were taking films. Now, less than 3 years after purchase, the cassette went out. There is no option to purchase a new cassette, as they no longer support it. Our only option is to purchase a new system for over $40K. We did, but not a Cuattro system. They offered a $4K discount but that doesn't even come close to offsetting the $70 that we flushed down the drain. There is no discount big enough to entice me to purchase their crappy system.
We have had our Cuattro Veterinary digital radiograph machine for 8 years now. We have been extremely happy with our experience. The quality of the images is unsurpassed! On the rare occasion that we require support, the support team is ready, willing, and able to get us back on track. The updates have gone seamlessly. I have nothing but good things to say about this system. Most importantly our radiology suite went from one of our lowest cost centers to one of our highest since installation. I would highly recommend this system, Cuattro and Heska for your radiology needs!
