I have worked for CTA for two years now. I can t imagine working anywhere else. Staff and management are helpful, kind and supportive. Our clients that we support are amazing. Management really makes sure they are living their life to the fullest!
Wish there were good things to say about CTA. Terrible treatment of staff and people working, . Very disgusting. The worse part is the management will ignore it, find a reason to say you did something wrong (they will tell lies about you) and then eventually fire you because if you try and question them or they re work ethic, it s immediately an attack on CTA community management.
Wish the best for them, hopefully someone from there reads this and takes action.

one of my good friends worked in a group home for you guys during that time she would be left alone with all 4 girls each Saturday morning, management never listened to any active issues or offered any solutions for resolving. This company doesn t care about their employees only about coverage. If you know your worth save yourself the time and energy unless you re willing to be treated unfairly. I wouldn t recommend this position to anyone.
I have worked for CTA for almost 7 years & absolutely love my job & the people I support! I have worked in many of the group homes & have the upmost respect for the managers & coordinators. They really care about the clients & their staff. This is a very good company to work for & such a fun & rewarding job
Haven t seen such unprofessionalism and lack of care for staff and clients at CTA. They will leave staff alone with all clients, which is not only very illegal, but dangerous to both staff and clients. They re Human Resources for staff lacks all of the things REQUIRED to be a Human Resources agent, resulting in poor treatment of staff. A lot of these programs are state funded, CTA I m sure is one of them, so it s sad to see hard working tax money go to waste on a company like this. For those looking for a place for their child or loved one, look elsewhere. Utah is full of great programs like this, CTA Community is not one of them.
