I really want to say a big thank you to Officer Mahar. He was amazing and truly caring. After a accident he checked up on my boyfriend to see how he was doing. I really liked the experience with having to deal with them.
Had an encounter with Trooper Booker. I must say in this current climate where law enforcement gets a bad name it was nice to deal with a professional and pleasant Trooper. Yes I was doing something wrong; he still treated me respectfully and professionally. In the end that's all I can ask for. Keep doing what you do and be safe Trooper Booker.
Nobody in this facility deserves their badge. They forget the definition of a civil servant and that the public pays their wages. Nobody here wants to do their job.
I'm surprised this place got any positive ratings. The officer was incredibly rude with no reason whatsoever. There was this tiny space with locked doors, taped up counter desk were you can't see anything in the counter and a dirty phone. You can't even make eye contact when you're talking to their officer through the phone (what's the point of having a physical office when they don't even want to see your face?) I was there because I got hit on a highway by a dude who won't give me ANY information, and because my phone was broke I couldn't call the police at that moment. All I have was his plate number and his fake phone number and fake name. I was directed to this office by the South Windsor Police Department and asked for help with my case, at least to have more information of this person who hit me, and was literally told "I can't give you any information without going to jail and YOU'RE NOT WORTH IT." I completely understand if you can't help me and can't release people's private information but you really do not need to be that rude. All I did was asking a police officer for help. Is it that hard to tell me you can't help without insulting me?
The Trooper who processed my fingerprints was awesome, however the receptionist whom I spoke with over-the-phone was extremely rude. I guess asking questions in order to be prepared prior to my fingerprinting was farfetched for her intelligence. Other than that experience the young caucasian trooper that conducted the fingerprints receives 5 stars for outwardly expressing genuine kindness and respect for the public.
This of course is the unit assigned to Hartford ct i love the State so much more authority than local much more friendly approach
I just wanted to say thank you to Trooper Gustafason at Bradley Int'l Airport. I called for assistance and he was non-discriminative, very professional and quick to respond.Just wanted to make sure I brought this to the attention of Troop h Barracks, in Hartford @ Bradley!

These are the dirtiest corrupt police in the state they give me a DUI for bieng on a prescription medication for anxiety it dosent say on the bottle dont drive it says drive with caution which I've been on it sence 18 in almost 31 they pulled me over and towed my vehicle for having a expired licence on black friday i paid the tow truck driver too let it go tried too get ahold of my girlfriend her boss hit her up too go too work so i had no choice the tow truck driver said get it out of here you got 10 ten min i had no choice or no breaks they were badd too the point when he dropped the car the break pad fell off so the highway was busy i got into the fast lane put my hazzards on until i could get over a good Samaritan hit up the police same cop pulls me over again asks if i take any prescription medication or was drinking or any drugs i told him the truth no no drinking or drugs but i get medication for anxiety he asked what medication i showed him the bottle i was gonna sleep at a friends place because my breaks were bad his sarget pulls up he goes over tells him the story the same cop pulls me out gives me the starnderd DUI test i do it pass them all he said i failed them all in the 10 ten min i was with the toe truck driver blew in the machine 0.00 so he hands me a cup says pee in it i said okay ill do it but could i ask my lawyer I've been charged with DUI in the past they never made me do this he said okay i tried the lawyer he was gonna get back when he could i sat in the cell he comes over says there is a time limit and hands me a paper says sign it and get out your friend is here too pick you up i didnt know there was a time limit too pee in a cup so i signed it not knowing it was a refusal but this whole thing was out of spite that the tow company told me too get my vehicle out of there so thank you troop h ill enjoy my next 4 four months in prison when you all know i wasnt intoxicated and i know i wasnt ether but sence theres a time limit i technically refused
