Its been 2 years i visited the clinic. Since day one i knew something went wrong : the donor area was harvested unevenly (square shape) and the grafts were implanted to deep in the skin and going in the wrong direction.. Since i mentioned it to the clinic and they say it will go away. Dr Vekris said he will be here to help me in case of problems. Since few weeks i decided to contact the clinic to see if a small correction could be made to help me to swallow the pills as i cannot anymore cut my hair short (obvious over havested spots on the donor area and pitted scars on the recipient area) BUT it looks like they blocked my email address ! How can you call professional that ignore customer when something go wrong ? Now im left alone with this depressing patch that i will keep forever in my head and instead of helping me they decide to ignore their mistakes. Great.

8.Dr. Vekris has a lot of experience and always is updated with every new thing that's comes out in the medical technology.
9.The procedure room is always friendly from the doctors and they always want you to feel like you are out for coffee with friends and they are always making you feel as relaxed as possible by keeping the room the quiet while having a small chit chat with you for different things.
10.The procedure is always PAINLESS and the doctors will always ask you once in a while if you need to get to the WC or if you need anything that will make you feel better and relaxed.
