Working thru this company on contract, which I have done before, but never have I worked under an agency that was so sensitive to my needs. They regularly check on me to see if I need anything. If I do I can sent them links of equipment I need and they'll order it and send it to my house no questions asked.

They also sent me some swag! Which was very nice (I was in bad need of a coaster). They also sent out an email at 90 days which in part reads:

"At this point, you may have questions about your performance and ways to continue to improve and add maximum value while on assignment."

Which is spot on. I always plan on asking for feedback quarterly, so this was a very helpful reminder to do so.

Benefits aren't great, but that's normal for agencies that employ you thru a contract/contract-to-hire so I can't really complain.

Overall, great company to do a contract with.

I was supposed to start work in February 2021, but then the massive winter storm knocked out our power for nearly a week, and they worked both with me and my new employer to make sure things went smoothly.

Good company. Pretty responsive. Was able to extend my benefits enrollment window after the emails kept getting sent to the Junk folder.

CSI is the by far the best company I have ever worked for. They care about their employees and make sure they know they are appreciated. It is such a fun place to work and the potential and upward mobility within this company is everything I could have asked for.

I was looking to leave my prior job but was unsure where to go next. I received an email from CSI and responded. I have greatly enjoyed working with CSI! I feel I have a real advocate when seeking a contract position. My rep sends me regular messages, and it's easy to get responses from her when I have a question.

The onboarding process was fast & everyone I dealt with were very professional and helpful. They continue throughout the time you're employed with them. They don't disappear like some companies do, after a position has been filled. If ever you have questions, a response is received very quickly. Overall, this is a great company to work for.

I was with CSI for about 2 years and would have stayed longer but was layed-off due to Covid. I had a great experience with them. I was always able to get someone on the phone immediately when I needed something resolved. All the girls working in the main office are very sweet girls and treated me well. Pay was not late one time. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mike Israel who handled everything very professionally. Mike is the man!
