We booked as a very last minute trip away. The hotel is very grand and the outside area is nice. The food was truly amazing and the staff were friendly too. They had entertainment at night which was really good too.

If you want to use the indoor swimming pool, make sure you have a swimming cap.

The room a were huge and the view from ours was nice too. The only downside was the smell when we walked into the room. It smelt like blocked drains. We called reception in the first day and they sent someone up to spray around the room (I'm not sure what that was meant to achieve). On the second day we went to reception and they said they would send someone up to look. By the time we came back from the beach it smelt much better.

The hotel drinks were also good and free parking for hire cars is a nice bonus.

Overall a great stay and real value for money.

Staying here now. Definitely not a 5* more like 3*. Buffet food is very limited and hot food cold. 50 flies in room without opening the balcony doors, kept coming back in, bathroom door wouldn t shut never mind lock - told no rooms available even though lots available to book online for the same time. No where near the beach like it states - it s a good 10 min walk down hill - definitely not ok for people with mobility problems. No on site shop or no shops nearby. No drinks table service and all cocktails from a juice machine? Not what I expected from this hotel and this is my first night! Let s hope things get better. If I was to give advice I d say stay away if you re looking for a 5* hotel this is not the one.

Fantasy hotel. Clean, quiet rooms. Good pools with plenty of sunloungers. Good variety of food, all pretty good quality. Staff really friendly and helpful

Would thoroughly recommend

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff located next to an amazing little beach (15mins walk). There are two large outside pools and an indoor pool which is heated. There is a small football pitch and a full size tennis court where you can book the court for an hour from reception and everything is provided from tennis rackets to tennis balls. The biggest let down I believe was dinner which is repetitive and boring.

Interior design is quite dated and food was average but good views and overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Rooms were nice and pretty modern, only complaints were lack of view and poor lighting in rooms. Reception and All inclusive services were excellent and the pools were nice. The largest problem was for some reason there was no WiFi in rooms nor dinning areas, only in reception which is disgraceful for a 5 star hotel

Wow, what a wonderful place! I recently visited with my two daughters. We have just had an amazing family holiday. We didn't want to leave. The staff are all so lovely, the cannot do enough for you. The hotel and facilities are first class.
Every effort is clearly taken to ensure your stay is tailored to suit your needs. We enjoyed a wonderful pamper in the spa on our last evening. We enjoyed meeting the wonderful staff, all who work so hard to provide a first class professional and friendly welcome. The place and its surroundings, the wonderful, beautiful beach, just leave you feeling peaceful and so relaxed.

Thank you so much to each member of staff for making our family holiday perfect. Helping make memories to treasure forever!

Very good hotel. Great suite and big. The suite have two complete bathrooms one with shower. The suite have 2 big televisions with cable TV. The food is regular but all time is available. Breakfast from 7 to 10 after snacks in the morning until luch time. After snacks until diner time and after snacks until midnight. Drinks also available all time. Very good place

Recently visited Sao Rafael suites. The hotel was amazing and my room was one of the best rooms I had stayed in, we got upgraded which was a bonus :):):). Food was pretty good, a nice selection. Atmosphere was fantastic and staff were super friendly. Would love to come back again.

Staff unprofessional and untrained in what to do or where to go for PCR/Anthrex tests which wasn t hard to find out! Supposed to be all inclusive however when asking for just a cup of tea and coffee at 0600 due to us working they said the doors open at 0700, when we went back they said 0730 and very flippant with their comments well you only have to wait 30minutes !! Are you joking me, the older staff have no clue and have no respect for their guests, however the younger ones that help with your luggage were very helpful. The food is mediocre and considering again that it s all inclusive, it actually put me off drinking as the wine and local alcohol was less than to be desired for. I would definitely not bother coming here again. And for the prices totally NOT worth it!!
