Crystal Legal Services Ltd Review

I am getting sick of being bombarded with calls from Crystal legal, I do not wish to use your services, remove me from your list or I will take action for harassment

I may of well as requested a stalker theu ring constantly and use all contact numbers iv had to stop answering my house phone as they ring constantly on both home and mobile iv blocked them but they use all diffrent numbers iv got 20 numbers up to now tbey use they are a dam nuisance wish id never spoke to them

Crystal Legal Services are very professional, they take the stress out of PPI and other services they provide. I would definitely recommend them. The staff are very friendly and keep you up to date as necessary. I had emails and texts to keep me informed, they were very reassuring and approachable.

Used this Company in 2016 and successfully claimed back some PPI, at the time their fee was 30% of settlement figure plus VAT plus taxmans cut of 20%. High YES but at least I didn't have the hassle of claiming myself. With deadline approaching thought I would give them another go, just to make sure I had claimed back all I was entitled too. Their current fee being 20% of settlement figure plus VAT plus taxmans cut of 20%. But what they didn't make clear was as I had dealt with them 3 yrs ago, I was classed as an existing customer and as such I still had to pay 30% of settlement figure plus VAT plus taxmans cut...... total rip off!!!!

contacted me over 2 yrs ago and persuaded me into claiming for a miss sold bank account. 2yrs later and numerous signatures taken from me every few months I still have not received anything. They blame it on my bank every time.

Very friendly and efficient service, I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a claim.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst service, worst company, worst ethics. Steer well clear

Buy cheap, you get cheap. Crystal Legal are very open and honest regarding their fees. Any questions/enquiries with them have always been dealt with promptly. Communications have been clear and friendly. I have no complaints re this Company and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely a joke I've been waiting for a ppi payment for over 2 years now avoid definitely they are the worst company I've ever had to unfortunately have them do anything for me just make excuses all the time about things I've complained to the ombudsman hopefully they will sort my troubles out

I'm in process of using this company and I find them much more helpful.than other companies .good communication via email,text & phone ..they come to your home and fill out all claim forms & ypu just sighn ...I've claimed ppl on 4 cards so far and they invoice you after you get paid your win /compensation, invoice can be paid via phone ,back etc .I'm in process of claiming ppl on a packaged account.

Absolutely terrible been sorting ppi claim out since April and still waiting for it for the last month ignoring my emails probably won't get money due to me don't use them for anything

The worst stay away,over priced recovery and then threatening texts to get you to pay, would recommend you pass by better companies out there

Outstanding results, I didn't think they were going to be able to get anything further from the banks and credit card companies as I had already received settlement of my PPI claims.
However these guys seem to be in the "getting blood out of stones business "

Found me some ppi yes I had to pay them for this but hey am few hundred pound up just before xmas so winner winner. And guy on phone was a top fella

Your not Awnsering the phone when I ring? & Then saying my time has run out for one of my ppi,?

Cold calling Scum chasing PPI,don't just put the phone down,string them along for as long as you can ( if you have the time ) If they want to waste your time,WASTE THEIRS...

So pleased with crystal legal service. A really friendly company . So easy to claim back ppi ,in less than two months I've recieved my first cheque . Kept up to date with where the claim was from a team, where from the first phone call, helpful, friendly advice.

Managed to make claiming PPI as hard as it possibly could be, a more corrupt, dishonest bunch of clueless individuals you would genuinely struggle to find, disappointed to find you cannot give a 0 star review.

Love them, one of the nicest and most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. They put you at ease straight away, and after a few weeks of using their services not only were they totally successful, they actually care about their clients.
First class company, would 100% recommend.

Very unprofessional. Despite replying by email twice, informing them that I did not require their services, they are still bombarding me with calls ( which I am blocking).

Excellent service. Would highly recommend , very professional , speedy and efficient , got a payout within a month !
