Excellent service! The staff was SO kind and accommodating. Shuttle services were a life saver for me! I had shifts at the hospital and they always ensured to get me there on time and pick me up promptly. Not somewhere I would stay for a honeymoon, but it s a perfect spot in town, close to food places, they had nice shower heads, comfy beds with lots of pillows!
The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We were able to get in our room by 10am which was so great since we are traveling with little ones and still on eastern time. The staff met us at our room with pack and play and were able to provide us with a fan, plus shuttle from the airport. All staff was so nice and helpful. Building itself seems a little older but was very clean.Breakfast was also delicious.
Great hotel. Almost every hotel in the area was booked and we spent 2 hours trying to find one due to the one we had booked being a complete drug den and bed bug infested.
The front desk was amazing and even gave a discount.
The pool is open you just book a slot for private access. Free breakfast even.
The room is huge and has a seating area and comfy bed. Nice hot (and I mean really hot be careful lol) showers. Never had a hotel have this hot of water.
Definitely recommend.
The homeless had pup tents around the corner from this hotel & I watched a couple of them when I pulled into the lot to check in. These 2 were must have been wasted

I saw a few guys in various locations and this kind of thing won't bring me back. There wasn't anything notable or remarkable about my room or my stay. Had I known in advance I would have stayed closer to the airport for the same price in a much nicer location. My room was clean. I didn't feel very safe here. Breakfast next day had watery scrambled eggs and everything wad cold
Nice hotel 15 years ago. The furniture, TV, decor are really old. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Food dripping down the sides of the dresser and nightstands. My room had a nice view but you could barely see out because the windows were so dirty. Not bad just not worth the price.
Great experience! The beds are so very comfortable, and the front desk staff ( Scott and Ian, I believe) are awesome...friendly yet professional; efficient; and very knowledgeable of the area with exceptional recommendations on where to eat. The breakfast is probably the best around... A hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, french toast, toast or bagel, and an assortment of drinks, and fresh fruit. It was all very well prepared and was well stocked. Their pool, sauna, hot tub, and little fitness room were all open, too. I will certainly be back and look forward to relaxing here again soon. Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in the area Associates were so nice and helpful. Public transit is only like a block away, restaurants within walking distance.
I love staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean from what I have experienced every time. Breakfast is well set up. They didn't have much variety this time but I don't blame them. You never know with shipping when you will get what you need now a days. I always think the hot breakfast looks great but my kids always just want cereal. The coffee tastes great!! Thank you as always Crystal Inn employees!!
Good staff, even housekeeping is really friendly. Tried to dip out of the pet fee but front desk called the room and charged me for my dog, can't blame them though I suppose... Didnt try gym or pool, would recommend the stay here.
