Incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. These guys actually return phone calls, they reply to emails, they invoice electronically, they have fair rates, they show up on time, and they do great work. We contacted two other glass companies about our job: one we never heard back from and one we had to follow up with 2 or 3 times only to get a gruff unhelpful voicemail back. Working with Crystal Glass was night & day - would happily use them again.

I needed to replace a glass shelf. I contacted them by both phone and email a few times prior to ordering, and Mathew was very helpful. I found the price to be reasonable for custom glass. My order was ready in less than a week, and the shelf fits perfectly. If you re picking up at their store, I would suggest to bring some packing material though as they just gave the piece of glass unwrapped when we went to pick it up. Overall it was a positive experience, and I would recommend their services.

Larry and his crew are the best! I installed a steam shower in my bathroom and needed a new glass shower enclosure. I found the Crystal Glass on Yelp and after a phone call and an in person meeting with Larry, I decided to go with them. And it was the best decision. They did an amazing job!

The whole process was very easy, professional and I felt they really cared about their job and their craftsmanship. The final installation was impeccable, beautiful and my bathroom looks so much more luxurious and modern now. I love the clamp-less, clean installation. My wife is very happy too!

From measurement, cutting to installation, each step was done with care and precision. And they were always friendly and eager to go above and beyond to just make it perfect. The pricing was also very reasonable (less than two other shops I received the quotes from). I couldn't be happier about their job and their service and I highly recommend them.

I stumbled upon Crystal Glass on Instagram and and contacted them the same day. I always wanted a mirror in my sons room but I didn't wanted to mirror the whole wall, also my sons 18th birthday was coming up so I figured I will get him a decorative mirror that will last and he can take it with him when he moves out. After a 15 minute conversation on the phone with Larry, we came up with something unique that also worked with my budget! It took Crystal Glass under two weeks to make this custom mirror and my son loves it! they even engraved happy birthday on the back of the wood that was supporting the mirror!
I would definitely recommend them!
