Great communications device which acts more than your standard tracker, with built in 3G and automatic video sending to email alerts of incidents is vital, also driver ID and paperless vehicle checklists makes us more efficient and compliant. Drew my account manager is extremely friendly and helpful and is in regular contact to resolve issues or any further requirements we have.
Since having Crystal Ball dash cam & tracking installed we have seen more sympathetic driver behavior. We have seen a reduction in van repair cost and damage. The tracking facility has given us the ability to update our customers with a more accurate eta.
