These guys are awesome! We did the White Haven Chill and Grill tour and really enjoyed ourselves. Cherene in particular is an enthusiastic, well informed and overall fantastic tour guide. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Getting here can be by walking, taxi, car, or bus....

Getting here can be by walking, taxi, car, or bus. If by car, the car park is full before the second ferry of the day during peak times. Parking is about $8-$10 for the day as pictured. You can buy tickets on the day at the ferry terminal for the same price in the location pictured. It's the first place you see as you enter. As of 2021, that's $60 per person, one way. There's an additional credit card surcharge of $0.75. Cruise Whitsundays recommends that people arrive 30 minutes before departure time. However, in practice, you can even buy and board 20 minutes before departure. The 8am boat to Hamilton Island will start boarding around 12 minutes before departure time. Thete will be a PA announcement to tell you to board. While you wait, grab a coffee and a pastry from the Cruise Cafe and Bar. There are also toilets in the building.

Very highly recommend Camira for a day of sailing, snorkeling and swimming with rays. By far our favourite experience up in the Whitsundays! The boat is amazing & the crew are absolute superstars! A sensational & fun experience.
You can pick the boat up from Airlie beach or Daydream daily. You get morning tea, snorkeling on the reef with the beautiful fishes and turtles, free drinks(beer/wine etc), amazing lunch/bbq, visit Whitehaven beach & hill inlet and swim with the rays in the shadow water there, then back with afternoon tea! Couldn't be better!
Cruise Whitsundays do also do great transfers between the islands and other experiences including the reef hotel.

We paid for the day trip "Double Island" to Daydream island and Hamilton island. The cruise staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at Daydream island at around 9.30am; all facilities of Daydream island resort were accessible for the tour guests. The swimming pools and spa were amazing; the scenery was fantastic from all angles of the island; you could enjoy the island at your own pace. We were back on the cruise transfer to Hamilton island just after 12noon. We wasted quite a bit of time (at least 1 hour 15 minutes) waiting for lunch at Marina Tavern which was part of the tour package (limited menu). It was until after 2.30pm when we could start to go around Hamilton island. The free shuttle buses (blue and green) were so convenient for quick visit around the island. We managed to spend about 1 hour in the beautiful swimming pool at the Resort centre. Back to the cruise for scheduled return to Airlie beach at around 5pm. Highly recommended this tour, except for the lunch at Marina Tavern.

My family and I went on the half day tour of Whitehaven Beach. The staff were wonderful and their local experience very insightful. We got a great deal. Free child ticket with full fare adult ticket so this saved us over $100. The conditions were perfect which was helpful because my children were a bit anxious about traveling in a boat. Overall a great experience.

It was ok, but kinda overpriced for what it was. Really, the actual cruise started once we got to Hamilton Island, until then it was just a ferry ride & at $240 a pretty pricey one. Don't get me wrong, the staff were great & the boat was well maintained, sadly just not value for money. This seems to be a trend in our beautiful country.
