We have been using CruCon pretty much exclusively for about eight years. We love the personal service we get from our agent. We almost always book onboard and then turn things over to her and she takes it from there.

Budget friendly pricing doesn't mean giving up good service. We have been booking Crucon for several years now and have been very satisfied. Once you learn their system they are easy to book. Their customer service is seperate from sales which is a real plus, allowing them time to understand your questions.

Had a small issue with original booking online with onboard amenities/promo not matching to what the promo was which was acknowledged by the CSR when I called after. I frequently use CruCon to book my cruises as they have very good promotions (when you get it right.). Also, I love that they send you a bottle of sparkling wine to your cabin to help kick off your holiday. They are also spot on when it comes to making sure you get both your OBC s and your $50 Loyalty credit.

Booking cruises with this agency is one of the worst decisions I have made. I am an avid traveler and cruiser and have cruised for more years than I want to admit. If you don't mind leaving a message (I have been unable to call and get someone) and having them get back to you in ? to 5 days as stated by their recorded message great for you. As most travelers know prices are time sensitive, rooms are time sensitive, and answers to questions are time sensitive. By the time they get back to you in five days or ? your room will be gone and the likely hood of a price change for more will have occurred. Check out BBB.org for all the negative reviews there as well. I would never recommend this agency and the $50.00 onboard depending on price isn't worth the lack of service and help when you need it. Go elsewhere!

Had a great time on the RCCL Allure. The cabins definitely need refurbishing but public spaces were still attractive and well serviced; overall service around the ship was friendly and commendable; shows were fun, food excellent, disembarkation superb (as was embarkation). Great value for the money!! Booked through CruCon (as we generally do....everything was professional). VERY pleased!
