Years ago, after several calls, their visit here to Machineco, in Montreal, and a thorough inspection of our 500ton hydraulic bulldozer, Crucible purchased the press. We shipped it to Syracuse, a super "drop-deck full load"... and we were paid in full. All went smoothly Years later, we visited and had a lovely factory tour by Eric Francisco. We've maintained a cordial relationship ever since.
Hooray for American heavy industry; may it become ever greater... again!

Best place to work for if you like low wages and cannot find a job anywhere else. Several restructures and buyouts over their years has driven any competent people away.

Those there now are far from the best talent, and when/if the best talent shows up looking to help, per their repeated requests on job boards for great talent, they are way too afraid to hire them, as it seems they don't want to hire someone who can run circles around them, and likely replace them.

This seems to happens when the low the talent takes over, and treads water. They get paid, but company does not get better nor grow. In most cases, get worse, as they only hire less competent than themselves, out of fear of being replaced???

Sad for a once descent company to fall.
