Avoid this company! Holland Painting was hired to renovate the fourth floor of the Capitol Hotel in Charleston, West Virginia, which is owned by CRU. CRU Real Estate owes them thousands of dollars and not a penny has been paid since the work was completed in August 2018. No phone calls or any contact to set up a payment plan at least. Do NOT do any business with them!
