Crowther Law Firm, P.C. Review

This has been on going since the summer of 2023. I had the public pretender Gage Lorin Crawler call me knowing the law, and say I'm incompetent for that reason. I did show him what utcourts.gov says the law is, but still was told that a cop can knowingly lie on a police report , that the court can use a dead person's order that was a legal resident of California , buy was then they died, not only that didn't have legal permission to take a child out of state more then 150 miles, and didn't have to use their legal name on said order. Not only that , but I can't buy archary equipment, and take it home at all. He also told me infront of my mom these things, as well as a cop doesn't have to have any legal reason to extend a traffic stop at all, he also refuses to either step down or let it be ordered that he is fired, I have already been forced to report him to the utah state bar and for professional misconduct. I reported his 2 lovers gage Arnold and Ronald Russell to tbe JCC and for professional misconduct. Anyways don't hire this public pretender as this has not only been going on for almost a year, but he clearly pays to have people give him a better rating then the forced 1 state he really worked for.

Best experience with a law firm. Attorney Derric Crowther is musical conductor when it comes to the law. I put my family's eggs in one basket with total confidence that this firm would take care of all our litigation needs. I know this lawyer's story. He is a champion advocate who has battled through so much to sit where he stands today. He is a true fighter for his clients, no matter how small or big your case is. No one is perfect, but this attorney is a giant and a fierce attorney and an attorney for the people.

Gives you the run around! I was referred to him not long after my incident, from day one my calls would be returned days sometimes weeks later. After the first meeting he sat on my case for a year telling me that he is still having drs review my case. Any time I met with him I was constantly repeating my story as if it was his first time hearing it. He never came to a conclusion as to whether or not he was going to take the case bc "another drs is going over the records". To be honest I don't believe he ever looked at the case. I should have listened to the previous reviews. If you want fast results look elsewhere.

I interned at the firm while in undergrad. This experience helped me gain a better understanding of a legal career, while also sharpening the skills needed to succeed in any profession. I went into the internship assuming I would only have the opportunity to perform smaller tasks (as many do), but I was held to the same expectations as attorneys early in their careers and was able to make a true impact. Also, Mr. Crowther's lessons on leadership and professionalism are ones I have been able to apply to my career every day.

This law firm is not professional at all! Run and Run Fast. Find someone who can and will help you!

While I didn t want to find myself in an accident with the first one being three months prior to this one, I was indeed yet in another accident. I was referred to Derrick Crowther of Crowther Law Firm PC and he was so caring and concerned about my needs. It was like we were just having a conversation as old friends. Mr. Crowther was and is very knowledgeable and wasted no time in getting me setup for my treatment and familiarizing himself with all the facts surrounding my accident. His staff is excellent and professional. They were very helpful and checked on my wellbeing every week throughout my treatment. Who wants to deal with being injured on the same day as starting a new job? He made the process easier. Derric is an excellent attorney and I would recommend him to everyone. If you are looking for an attorney who has your (the client) best interest at hand then Derric Crowther is your guy.

Excellent law firm!!! Mr. Crowther is extraordinary! The staff is warm and welcoming yet professional.

My grandmother went to Crowther attempting to start a medical malpractice suit after my she went in for a outpatient surgery and came out with a punctured esophagus. At first, Crowther appeared competent and dedicated to the case. However, as time went on, Crowther did not communicate with my grandparents for over a year. He then waited until the last possible day to file her suit before the statute of limitations was up. After that, Crowther dropped my grandmother's case without her knowledge but continued to meet with her. During these meetings, Crowther never mentioned his dismissal of the case. In fact, it took six months from the dismissal for my grandparents to be notified.
We understand that Crowther may have had difficulty pursuing her case, but we only wanted to be notified in a timely manner and to be given honest representation of the reality of her case. Ultimately, my grandmother was not afforded this level of respect from Crowther. His negligent behavior robbed my 71 year old grandmother of her chance to receive justice for her injuries during surgery. When we confronted Crowther through the bar association, Crowther continued to lie, misrepresent information and call into question the moral character of a woman who he was completely unfamiliar with (and who has been a upstanding citizen all her life). If you can, please choose someone else to represent you. Lying and manipulating a senior citizen implies an immoral and unethical character. Do you really want this person to handle your case?

Derric Crowther is extremely racist and rude. I saw him yell at a white guy and call him the N word in front of other clients and then kick him out of the building. I thought about reporting this almost altercation to somebody. Do not go here because Derric Crowther is extremely unprofessional and should not have a license to practice law.
