Nice hotel. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Aircon is at the right temperature (not too cold like other hotels). Breakfast can be improved. My dosa is not as crispy as it should be.

Nice rooms good service nice gym n pool facility...pool is average size..buffet is good spread with different varieties in cuisine sector 29 where all one can find all pubs is just 5-7 mins walk from hotel...there is an ambience mall not far from this property

Update: I originally had a 3 stars rating & you can see my review down below but changed my mind! At checkout, I handed in our review card (in which I wrote all the issues I had in my review below). Then we were killing time at the lobby before heading to the airport that a woman introduced herself as the manager, saying she read my review & asked what happened? I explained & she patiently listened without ever interrupting me. Then she apologized & said she will see to it that the issues are fixed. She also offered us complementary stay at a room until we leave for the airport. I am beyond thankful! Very kind & that is why my review has changed!

Original review: I'm so disappointed! I don't often stay at luxury hotels because I'd rather lead a modest life but when I do choose luxury to treat myself, I expect nothing less than excellence. Here is the reason why my review has 3 stars: the staff were great. Without the staff, I would have given this place one star. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles & respect & we were acknowledged as elite members of this hotel chain (which is the only reason why we chose to stay at this hotel for our one day visit in New Delhi before we went back home to Canada); & we were given all sorts of perks & discounts. We also asked for memory foam pillows which were delivered to our room right away. We also needed a late checkout as our flight leaves around midnight & they helped us out with that as well. Everyone went above & beyond & that is why my rating has the 3 stars. The missing 2 stars from my review is because of everything else that just failed beyond measure! As we settled into our room, I noticed the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was water stains & finger prints all over the towel bars & faucets; the corner of the bathroom faucet is starting to get covered in mold, the bathtub has soap scum all over it; the hair conditioner runs like water - you can't even keep it on your hair if you directly pour it on your head, it just runs off (see the attached pictures)! The mini bar drawer was half open when we arrived & it seemed like a snack or two was missing from it. I hope we don't get charged for something we haven't consumed! I was so excited to try out the swimming pool & spa facilities. The swimming pool is outdoors & quite shallow. I went there with my partner at 10am. The pool was filled with pigeons drinking from it and covered in flies. There were leaves everywhere in the water & the water was cold when I tipped my toe in it. The hotel staff (managers, spa staff & cleaning services) whom by the way were all men were standing / working all around the pool and constantly checking us out. Not to mention that many rooms seem to have a clear view of the pool. So imagine how all this makes a woman feel about swimming in this pool?? The answer is "NO, THANK YOU!!" So, my partner & I decided to checkout their other facilities - the jacuzzi & saunas are separated per gender! So we couldn't even enjoy those facilities together. I understand that some cultures are more conservative & tend to separate the genders but my partner & I were hoping to spend some quality time together on this vacation as we don't get to have that in our busy daily lives; and this hotel failed to provide that experience for us. The selection of foods at breakfast was great with many vegan options; however, where I was seated, the diffusers were blowing direct cigarette smoke onto my face. I'm assuming someone was standing at the building air intake and smoking there? Luxury should not be about what kind of fresh flowers are in the room or how many nozzles the shower head has. The first thing about luxury should be cleanness: if I choose luxury I'm not looking for flower petals on my towel if that same towel has a foul smell. It doesn't matter if there is a tub in my bathroom if taking a bath in that tub will give me skin problems or fungus disease when I get to my own home! All in all, I would not call this my best hotel stay unfortunately. I had such high hopes and am quite disappointed.

I attended office meeting in Crown Plaza and felt that the place is good for office meetings. However, we faced some trouble with internet for around 1 hour but everything else was good.

Visited their multi cuisine restaurant. It was a great experience !

Very good hotel , nice and clean also service is good. But little expensive as it's five star. So that doesn't matter. But overall it's a place where u ll so relax after checking in.

Poor food. It seems they've ordered food from some halwai and served in their 5 star style.

We went for an official party where the whole family of the employees were invited.
They made the arrangements in the lawn and it was quite good.
But the sad part was the parking and the food.
The food was pathetic and tasteless.might be due to huge crowd.
The starters finished before time and none could be blamed but the organizers and the venue. The staff was courteous though but they were of little help as the food quality was so poor.

Ample parking space and good hotel for business meetings

Attended a School Expo here for the admission of my Kid. Not sure how this internally looks but The hall/ball room where the expo was going on was neat and clean, ample light and space.
They do have ample parking space.

The staff are lovely although at times a little too attentive. The rooms are very nice & the food & service in the restaurant was very good. The hotel drivers are very good value & highly recommended.
