Excellent hotel. The reception and check-in is fast, the elevator is safe and the boarding is only after using a boarding pass for the floor, the room is excellent and clean, there are Arabic channels on the TV. Sitting in a room of 2 single beds, the size of the room is adequate. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel staff as a whole are friendly and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent next to shops, supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants, including a Halal Lebanese restaurant and a reasonable price. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Allendraund station and there is a bus stop next to the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit London for the first time and wants to live in a secure location close to the services, markets and Hyde Park. Walk for about a quarter of an hour.

False rain. I think it would be okay if we had about 200 pounds including 4 recognition structures. Breakfast is excellent, staff friendly. The biggest advantage is that it is really only a couple of minutes from the station. It is easy to get to the city in 3 ~ 5 stops, and you can take the subway ride for about 50 minutes by taking a ride to Heathrow Airport. I was a little disappointed with the room, but it was okay if I thought of caustic rain. I was worried that I might frown, but it was not cold at all.

Great rooms; stylish, cofortable. Get a garden view above the 2nd floor for an actual view of the garden. Location++! Walk to all meals in colorful local establishments, many cultural attractions, or take the underground from a stop on the next block.

Enjoyed my stay at this well appointed, charming and conveniently hotel located in the heart of London. A short walk to Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Victoria Station, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, etc. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is located just two minutes from Gloucester tube stop. The room is very nice, there is all you need, a little bit small for two adults and two children, honestly the two large beds take all the space. The breakfast is superlative and staff is kind. Sure this is a place where I'd like to come back.

This an excellent hotel

This an excellent hotel
The rooms are always clean when you do room service and when you get the room for the first time. On top of that they give a big kit Kat bar after room service with no charges. Also they give free bottles of water when you ask for more. The front desk is very kind even to kids which is a first for me.

Nice hotel, helpful n polite staff. One thing that needs immediate remedial is the buffet spread for breakfast which also needs to be tailored for Indians. Almost the entire spread is non veg stuff with only cut fruits, potatoes n breakfast cereals for the vegan people.Plus one needs to make changes in the breakfast buffet as having the same stuff every day is so very ....u know what I mean

Check in quoted from 3pm onwards arrived at hotel at 4.15 and room not ready, given free drink and told to wait in bar, 45 minutes later room eventually ready. How to use the lifts not explained by any member of staff. Rooms tired and need a refurb. Stayed at other hotels in group and never had a problem. Very disappointed.

Love this place and the room was fantastic with a little balcony to sit out on and look out at the stars, (it was a lovely warm evening) and the city beyond. Breakfast in the morning was also very good and the staff there are very accommodating, including when you speak to the cleaners.

I had an event there and due to some circumstances had to move one of the events dates and they refused to move the date for the event, even though we had paid in full upfront then refused to move our event date when we were going to be longer term clients. Lots of potential with this hotel but the management need long term business and relationship building training. I will never use this hotel again until they realise how to treat their customers with respect especially when they're bringing lots of money in. Too bad they lost out on lots of business we'll find somewhere else.

This was our first visit to England. We relied solely on the reviews of others. While it was very convenient to the tube I would have preferred it to be a little safer and cleaner area. This is a semi clean place to stay (I prefer cleaner). As compared to the staff of American four/five star hotels they were kind of rude and not very accommodating. Next time we fly to London we will try to stay closer to Buckingham Palace in the Mayfair District (newer, cleaner, seemingly safer area).

Comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, great location next to the tube, close to sightseeing points, rich breakfast buffet with plenty of options, bar with live music on Friday evenings. Would definitely return.

I recently stayed here for five nights because of my travels in London. There is a convenient underground station directly opposite the hotel, Gloucester Road. From this station to all major attractions is very convenient. Plus the hotel is close to the museum and Kensington Palace and Gardens. Huge room, convenient and comfortable facilities, good water pressure and good bathroom. (Especially I stayed at the Radisson Hotel in front of the street for two nights, where the room was small and the water pressure and water temperature were unstable). Breakfast is a great buffet style with Asian style..
