the good thing about chain hotel is that they have standard process across the world, and so does this hotel in jakarta. on top of that the service was good and staff were responsive. only things need to be improved related with variety and quantity of food during breakfast also the taste. but overall it was a good experience

The old hotel in the Jakarta area, which has a strategic 5-star location and the price is still very affordable

Strategic location, good food, close to shopping centre and food mart plaza semanggi, I will be back. No experience of staffs neglecting...

Large parking area, magnificent lobby, friendly hotel staff and strategic location.

Buffet is only available at breakfast but the menu is quite diverse and tastes good. Although including the old hotel but comfortable.

nice place to stay, the staff is enough. for the time being you may not be able to enjoy the pool, because for the time being the Crowne Plaza Jakarta pool is currently undergoing a large scale renovation so if you want to enjoy a holiday in the middle of Jakarta with the price of staying in your pocket. fast from the airport and also the right access if you want to visit interesting places in Jakarta

It's really cool. The buffet is good. The meeting place is neat. The food is delicious. Moreover, the toilet beside the dinning room is crazy, good ... A kind of 5 star room. There is a sofa etc ... Trs below the interior is also nice, the maids are friendly. The security guard is also friendly ...

Went here for meeting and lunch in the restaurant, very pleased with the services. The meeting room is very good. Sound system, LCD projector, AC, tables are arranged in good position, the coffee and snack for break is also the best that i ever had. For the restaurant, if i can give 2 more stars i will add it, they serve many food on the buffet from the western style, indian, and East Asian food. Very pleasing!

Attend a meeting here, 5stars hotel and its facilities, strategic location, the hotel itself offers various enjoyable drinks and i dont give a damn about the meeting itself haha.

Oldies but goodies. The hotel exterior looks deteriorated but actually the interior still in good shape. Attend health seminar here, the facility quite good, the hotel itself are not crowded. ac temperature are good not too cold and not hot either. Food are in good taste, staff are friendly.

The first experience to this hotel was a bit disappointed, the hotel was good but the facilities were not maximized especially the toilet which was limited even though the meeting room was quite big, so had to queue or move the floor if I wanted to go to the toilet.

Nice hotel in the city with reasonable price. Just traffic is concerned.

this is my subsequent stay here. hotel located nearby SCBD area. just beside Plaza Semanggi. shopping, eateries or restaurant, even night life all nearby. very convenient. entering the hotel, we feel safe with security check at gate. officer also polite and friendly with us. one thing that make the difference is, the concierge still remember me and my preferences from last visit, even though it has been more than a year ago. thank you. thanks also for small surprise at room. really feel welcome to be back here again. room and bathroom is maintained as per standard. noticed some upgrade to the room also. sure will stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta

Air panasnya tidak keluar! When I went to the front desk to say "no hot water", he liked what I said in Indonesian, and with a smile on his face, "Are you eating breakfast? Let's answer it. However, after all, the shower only had too much water. The rest was comfortable. It seems that there was no problem with the companion's room, so I can only say I was unhappy.

The staff at this hotel are less friendly to guests, rather arrogant and the service provided is very lacking.
