I can say the hotel was very clean, the employees were very pleasant. What baffled me the most was the style or mite I say whole overall room itself for the price. Definitely don't feel like the room was worth the price. The room was nice but not for the price..will never stay again
Very happy with overall experience. Called to price match, and no questions asked, got the best rate I could find for what we were looking for. Immediately upon checking in, we were upgraded to a king executive, at no additional cost. Friendly management and clean rooms, smelled good too. Really enjoyed our stay in downtown Harrisburg.
4 stars for room but 5 stars for staff. The manager and guys in valet were very pleasant. Would stay again.
This hotel was actually very nice. The pool is amazing and the staff very nice. The only downside is the lack of security which led to us being hounded by some of the local homeless because this property is directly across from a church that allows the homeless to sleep and congregate directly across from the hotel. But the room was clean, the AC worked solidly, and the bed was comfy.
Very great stay. Nice hotel and very clean. There was hardly no one there. I think they had over 200+ rooms with only twenty guests. But it was a very good relaxing and quite stay. Enjoyed it very much.

This hotel is extremely comfortable. What I really noticed were the showers in the rooms, they were especially nice. The location of the hotel is excellent if you have plans in the Harrisburg Pennsylvania area. The hotel staff was helpful and professional. A great night's stay.
Very dirty.
I would say the dirtiest hotel I have been in my life and it doesn't worth the price you pay for.
Rooms super small, smell of smoke, doors dirty, bathroom dirty and bed like it was not even made.
The nightstands had also old spots of wet bottom cups.
I had an allergic reaction to the smell of smoke in the room.
Not so good. Deadbolt on door did not work. GF outlet in bathroom did not function. Pretty dirty in corners and under bed. Food crumbs in desk chair seat. No microwave, hairdryer or regular tea or coffee- decaf only. Would not recommend. Harrisburg is a ghost town but some eateries open.
A great place to have any celebrating event or business. An awesome place to work at.
