Crown Villa RV Resort Review

Spacious. Every spot has own trash can and recycle container.

This RV resort is one of the best we have ever stayed. The spaces are are and reasonably set apart of other spaces. The facilities are outstanding and well maintained. The restrooms are clean. The extra touches are hot coffee in a nice lounge with the local newspapers provided. There is a pool table and area to socialize in the main building. The real special part are steam rooms for the guests! What a treat in the morning after a nice workout in their gym!
Another unique feature are the storage (locking) adjacent to each space - what a great add .

Lovely natural setting with LOTS of trees and grass! Extra large spaces with plenty of room to feel at ease and not be on top of your neighbors.... more like a state campground than an RV park, but paved and level sites. Really wonderful staff, they're all so kind and friendly, and HELPFUL!! Nice laundry room, with an iron and ironing board. Gym! Rec room! Covered storage at the rear of each site. Garbage pick-up. They even pick up and fill your propane tanks and bring them back to your site.

I ll start with the disclaimer that we stayed at Crown Villa during some of their less popular (colder) months and were able to pay their reasonable monthly rate plus electric. While this is the nicest private campground we ve ever stayed in, we have never paid daily rates equal to what are charged here. This resort (they live up the title more than anywhere we ve stayed) offers many amenities that we don t usually and didn t make use of, but I can imagine that for other campers, they might make the higher nightly cost acceptable.
CV offers huge, paved, level FHU sites, and each includes curb side trash and recycling along with propane filling (their prices are very fair & less than I normally see when offered at a CG). We had more than enough room for our RV with garage access and a designated spot for our truck. Each site also includes a covered storage shed and patio chair/table set. The mature greenery is beautiful throughout, and while there isn t much shrubbery/trees between sites, the sites are spaced far enough apart that camping feels somewhat private. Wifi is available, and while it worked okay, our Verizon was great without the booster.
The CG offers tennis courts (including sports equipment), hot tub, small gym, large laundry, a few common areas (in and outdoor), and bath/shower facilities. There is a large dog run and plenty of space for walking pets around camp. The office staff couldn t be nicer or more accommodating, and they did their best to keep things available and safe during COVID with sign-ups for the gym and hot tub and masks indoors. They also allow package/mail deliveries, repair services, and RV washing.
The location is convenient for reaching Bend and the surrounding areas (driving, not walking). All of Bend including the neighborhoods surrounding this CG are expanding rapidly, so while the noise from construction and nearby roads was fairly consistent during the day, it was mostly absent in the evenings/at night. We occupied two different sites during our stay and that did have an effect on ambient noise (more traffic and construction), and oddly, our second site/row consistently saw less attention from staff for trash pick-up and overall grounds care. So while our overall experience was great, I can see where experiences may vary. In all we had a great stay at Crown Villa and would definitely stay here again if the monthly rate continues to be available.

Wonderful stay. Totally near everything. Loved the nature and mature trees in the park. Wonderful staff. A very well kept place in my experience. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

From the moment you drive in you can tell this isn't your average RV park. Beautiful manicured sites, EXTRA large spaces and large shade trees. The laundry room looks more like a lounge with chairs while you wait and a folding table too! The bathrooms are clean and well designed too. Truly a high-class resort with very large luxurious spaces. Well manicured and Landscape.

Very nice park. Clean and quiet. Very nice employees....Cheri went out of her way to accommodate my husband. Just wish they had a swimming pool!

The nicest place we've ever stayed, and we have been on the road for over a year going around the country. I've never given a 5 start rating, but this place deserves it. Didn't get pics of the gym, sauna, hot tub and lounge or showers, but they were all top quality.

Amazing just amazing. The tiers were a little confusing at first but I quickly learned the minimum I would consider is the Gold tier for a full hookup site with tons of privacy. The sites are huge, paved, level and has tons of space. Seriously the next RV site was at least 20 ft on both sides and behind us was a huge grassy area where I walked my dog. Garbage pick up everyday. The guy in the golf cart who went around was super friendly and always stays around to chat. The laundry area was clean. I had requested a site with strong access to WIFi because my son was doing online classes and they must have given it to me because my son had no problem accessing his classes at all. I can go on and on. Thank you Crown Villa for such an amazing time in Bend. We will be back someday.
