I recently ordered some packaging supplies from this company and I have to say I was impressed with the variety of products available. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the packaging of the items was not as secure as I had hoped, and some of the products arrived damaged. 😕 Nonetheless, the customer service team was very responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, it was an average experience for me. I appreciate the selection of products and the customer service, but the delivery and packaging issues were a letdown.
