Crowe Custom Countertops Review

I'd give them a zero star if I could. We started the process with them 09/24/17, template was done a few days later. Of course the price went up 300.00 from their quote. First install in our kitchen was done two weeks later as scheduled. Our huge island countertop wasn't right. I knew it wasn't right and the installer knew it wasn't right. They left the countertop in place because we were having company the next day. It took almost THREE weeks for anyone to even call about the top being wrong. On 10/23 the template guy came back out. Crowe called the day before the counter was to be installed to tell me that not only were they not coming the next day but that the material to re-make the countertop hadn't ever arrived from the manufacturer. 2 weeks go by again. No calls, no e-mails. Nothing. on 11/14 they e-mail asking to come out to install the countertop. This one arrives with a different install crew. This countertop not only is wrong, but it is worse than the first one they made. I asked them to just put the first one back in place until they have the correct one since we are now right up against Thanksgiving. Now on 12/6, they finally call to set up a new TEMPLATE DATE. Not install date, Template Date. So after they come on 12/7 it will be another 2 weeks until the install putting us right up against Christmas. So almost THREE MONTHS to the date trying to get 1 island countertop installed. Discount? None-Zero-Nada- just a whole bunch of "I'm Sorry". Not as sorry as I was explaining to our company the first week why our countertop wasn't finished or at Thanksgiving when everyone was asking if it was "supposed to look like that"....
My experience has been awful. I hope no one else has this happen to them.

My quartzite Mont blanc is absolutely beautiful. The installers were very professional, scheduling was easy. Communication before and after was excellent. I love my kitchen so much

I've used Crowe Custom Countertops on numerous projects throughout the years and their work is fabulous. I recently had granite countertops installed at our lake house and like always the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. They also have a very large selection of granite colors. I highly recommend Crowe Custom Countertops and I will continue to use them for all my granite needs.

Crowe Custom Countertops is HORRIBLE! They sent a plumber into my brand new home to connect the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen after I purchased the granite and sinks from them. We paid extra for their plumber to connect everything. Their plumber did not do what they were paid to do! They did not secure the main water line under the vanity sink in the master bath and it resulted in my brand new home being flooded. We have not even moved into our new home yet and now it's going to be longer because of their negligence. Crowe Custom Countertops accepts no responsibility for their negligence stating that they do not stand behind the work that their plumber does. They promote that they have a licensed plumber on staff and encourage you to use them so they can add that large plumbing fee to your cost. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ! They don't even deserve the 1 star that I'm having to give them in order to write this review. They deserve a ZERO!

What a great company to work with. Both Jairo and Deeannne were friendly and professional. Their knowledge of their products and material was great.
The install was smooth and we could not be happier with the whole process from the planning, picking the right product and color, installation and follow up to make sure we were happy.

Best Counter tops in Town at great prices. Love them !!

We used Crowe Custom Countertops for a kitchen remodel in a investment property. The quality of granite as well as the process for ordering and installation went great. In selling the home we received many compliments on the kitchen countertops and believe this was a major factor in selling the home so quickly.

We had countertops installed a couple of months ago. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped us to find a piece that was personal, met our design style, and was in our price range. The installers were GREAT! They were in and out quick, did not leave a mess, and made a perfect seam. Their seaming process is flawless, at least in our experience.

As a matter of fact, my wife was surprised to find out there even was a seam. The counter tops were in for 2 months when she heard me telling someone about how well the seam was installed. She didn't even know their was a seam and she works on them everyday! Even after finding out, I still had to point it out to her (I probably wouldn't have known where it was if I hadn't watch them install it.)

I was referred to this company by a very good friend. I made an appointment to meet with DeeAnne on a Saturday afternoon. When I walked into the showroom I had no clue about the process and had no clue what I was looking for. DeeAnne educated me on the different materials they carried and explained in detail the steps of the project. The template guy came out the next week to take detail measurements. He also was very informative and able to answer all my questions.
My finished product was installed the following week by a very professional crew.
Crowes runs a top notch company with the best crews around. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you to all the people at Crowe who made this project a piece of cake.

We ordered new granite countertops from Crowe Custom Countertops and our experience was stellar. Rickie Williams, our sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and took her time on multiple occasions to answer all of our questions. The installers came on time and the finished product was beautiful. What a great experience!
The counters installed are just gorgeous. Quality group of people to work with. They took all the time needed to be sure I got the selection I wanted. The on-site measurement and installation was done in such a timely manner. Highly recommend Crowe Custom Countertops and would use them again if I have the chance. It was actually my second time with them. Both were great experiences.

Great experience with Crowe Custom Countertops. There were so many choices of granite to choose, but Lori helped us find just what we were looking for and the installers did an excellent job. Very pleased with the results.
