Laurel and her team are absolutely the worst i put in an application and apparently the apartment had already been rented to someone else. They had no other availability at the time and couldn't get my $300 deposit back for at least another 60 days. This is the worst management team i have ever dealt with, if you can avoid this place.

BEWARE these apartments are very trashy, the people are disrespectful, the staff are raciest and they will make you feel like dirt please stay away from these apartments and Laural Villiard

Laural is an asset to this property! The other staff I've had contact with have been great. Any issues I've noticed are builder or resident related. Property offers great amenities for the price!

I am a current resident, and like previous reviewers I am having issues with this complex as well. My patio neighbor is outside smoking cigarettes so often at all hours of the day and night and speaking/yelling so loudly it has woken us up in the middle of the night many times. Even with photographic proof they will not do anything about the cigarette smoking even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free community (a big reason why we moved here). People here still smoke in and around the buildings, which is a huge health and safety hazard.

I also no longer feel safe being outside here at night. The automatic lights in the parking areas don t always turn on when you walk under them, and it would be nice to have them constantly lit for safety purposes. There s always noises that sound like gunshots, cars revving their engines in the parking lot, and music blasting.

There are minor maintenance issues that they promised to fix when I did the initial walkthrough before moving in, and it s been months and they still won t come fix them.

I have reached out to management several times and they won t even respond to my emails and they rarely answer the phone. When you can get on the phone with them, they don t listen and will speak over you.

Overall, I would not recommend moving here and we are not planning to renew the lease. The rent is cheap for the location, the units are pretty nice, but risking our health and safety isn t worth it.

Front office is rude and timely getting back. Very disappointed.

Currently stay here and I love It. It s quite and spacious. What I dislike Is the cold draft we get when the wind blows outside from the windows and patio door

Heard great things about this complex, went and visited and I would have moved in immediately however I was overqualified on income. Staff was amazing, friendly and complex was spotless.

Garbage is never where its supposed to be. Which makes the property look and attract a trashy clients

Laural was so kind and full of knowledge when I called to inquire about an apartment! She took her time and answered all of my questions! She s doing an amazing job! Super kind and bubbly if your looking for a place I would definitely reach out to this property and speak with her!

Have been dealing with constant noise issues, and smoking issues, nothing will be done since I can t prove who smokes. Cigarette buds all over the building too. Constantly come home to my place smelling like weed or someone s food through the vent system no matter how much I try and spray Lysol. I wish they had security, I m always scared, always hearing loud noises like gunshots or fireworks.
The breezeways won t get cleaned......also blood from whatever won t get washed off either, Tons of people gather in the front of the buildings too.I have more issues but won t list. I love the leasing team, just wish I saw more being done.

Trash everywhere, bugs in the apartments that are supposed to be brand new and the management team is raciest stay away from this property they will treat you like dirt.

This is currently my place of employment, we have handled the lease up of this property with grace and care for all of our residents. Laural is the nicest person I have met and I love that she is my mentor into property management. The other lady's (Raquel and Erin) in the office are absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable.

I walked through this neighborhood before talking to a leasing agent. It looks beautiful; the homes would be a joy to live in. The people who are current residents however probably qualify for low income because they don't try for anything more. An inordinate number of homes had people clustered out front exhibiting thug behavior and yes, smoking. Just looking around I never would have known it was a smoke free neighborhood. Low income housing is supposed to help people who are struggling in hard times; not enable people who dgaf.

I was looking for an apartment that was closer to the DIA airport and still close enough to the city that I can get out and enjoy the city life when in town. After countless searching I really liked this property and how nice everything was. I was downgrading from a house and since I travel a lot the price is important to me. Unfortunately, since they're a section 42 tax credit property I didn't qualify since I made too much. However, my experience with the polite ladies in the office and their help during the covid disaster I had to write a review which I normally never do. For a 42 tax credit property it was really beautiful, I would have never known or guessed it.

Office staff is amazing! They are very friendly and welcoming. All of my questions and concerns were answered. So excited to start the application process!

Management was very responsive and got back to me right away. Apartments look very nice!

(Update) So here s the thing. The units are great and spacious. Not a fan of the huge windows. Each room entrance with carpet has nails that poke through. Watch your feet. Or it could just be our unit. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix any issues and the groundskeeper tries to stay on top of the property with trash and people around here should be considerate and pick up after themselves. I haven t seen too many people smoking on the property, but it happens from time to time. We have been here 9 months and twice someone has gone through our vehicle and I really wish we had security, but we don t. Not a lot of lighting in the parking lot. They re sensors and don t always automatically come on. The dumpsters are out of control. They need to add more dumpsters because trash gets piled on the sides and if it s windy it blows every where. Especially on our patio because we face the dumpsters. The grass isn t well maintain and there are a lot of children in this complex and for us folks near the grass area and playground it gets loud. Also, if you live below anyone or even next to someone the walls are thin you can hear everything. As far as managers go here they seem nice and get back to you most of the time. I definitely wouldn t rate this place more than 4 stars. They still need some improvements.

If you want comfortable living then Stay Away From Eastrange Crossings...This place is very nice on the internet but then when you get to the property there is trash over flowing, people smoking (non-smoking property) and yelling and fighting on the property. Kids running around barefoot and screaming profanities, and the office manager laurel is very rude. She kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to what I was even there for, as soon as you walk into the office it feels so uncomfortable and her husband is the maintenance man who was just sitting on the couch not wearing a mask with people in the office and he seemed to be playing games on his phone.

The apartment is nice on the inside. The management has been great to us so far. I think my biggest complaint is the over flown trash and the rocks that get throwing around in the parking lot and side walks. I fell down carrying my baby because of a rock on the side walk. I ve also found rocks on our patio, too. And like any other apartment, you can hear your neighbors, but it s not so terrible, but it definitely depends on who your neighbor is, too. There are a lot of Children in this complex and they have destroyed the grass, left trash everywhere and they will knock on your door and run off. Kids will be kids I suppose.

Tried to talk to the staff about renting from here for several months and they never responded then when I finally got into the office to apply the manager was so rude I waited in the office for a long time while she was cursing and complaining. Also very duirty place suposed to be new but has trash everywhere, old used mattresses and furniture outside and patios are so ghedo looking. What you see online is not what you get in person.

These apartments are getting ghetto. The police are here EVERY day. Always hear gunshots.

I love this place..I love the property manager Laurel, I have had a few issues and she has went far and beyond to always help me when i needed her.They are easy to work with and always do what they can if you need their help.Thank you all for everything.
