Horrible customer service. Have known some employees who have worked at this company and they were/are treated horribly. They have no respect for their employees nor do they care about them.

Awful customer service and management falsely accused people of racism
Nice place to work cool people and very laid back
I truly love working here. Its a fast paced team based environment and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Days fly by and there is never a boring moment. Everyone here fills a role, and all those roles compile into the big picture. Its an amazing feeling when everything and everyone comes together to complete a project goal. I couldn't talk highly enough about CrossCom. After decades of building a career portfolio, this company feels like the job I've been working towards my entire life.
Just a great group of people to work with. Couldn t ask for a better team to be a part of!
Poor service. No one new anything about accepting a delivery. They all passed it off to someone else.
Horrible customer service.unethical business practices Bad Credit do not extend loans or services to that company they don't pay
Crosscom uses field techs that will verbally harass their assistant help in front of your staff and clients with no discretion. I experienced this while working at Advanced Auto in Ohio and had to use my phone to record the extreme verbal harassment, which included sexual and derogatory harassment while I was trying to finish my job and leave. Once I told the tech I no longer wanted to work with him due to harassment, his attitude escalated to screaming which made me feel threatened, intimidated, and uncomfortable, all in front of store manager. Worst experience in sub contracting I have ever had.
First place I worked where I could actually grow and see myself in the bigger picture. Obviously you should know how to manage stress, but that s nothing new about any job.
