Rented a jet ski from them today, the guy running it was awesome and the jet ski was very nice! I would definitely recommend it!

Very enjoyable weekend and the room was a nicely updated room. I am not going to ding you in the stars... however the bed in #12 could used replacing. I could just be used to my bed at home.... although I don't think it's entirely me.

It's Okay, the area is very pretty the crow's nest is nice the outside is a little dated. The house is clean but because it is as old as it is its overpriced.

This place used to be really nice however we will never return or tell our friends to go here... we have rented jet skis numerous times here as well t o come here and let kids play on dock.. we ALWAYS buy or drinks( seen many people bring there own ) and ALWAYS put money in tip jar.. we buy gas for our boat as well.. but as of June 2 I nor will anyone I know return here due to the rudeness of the staff.. my kids went there June 2 they drove over and b4 they could even get inside to get a drink and put money in the jar they were ran off.. they were told customers only.. hmmm... we have been customers there going on 3 years now as well as recommending this place to all our lake friends.. not anymore! Well played Point well played!

The marina had a friendly environment and seemed to be family owned. Each and every staff member was extremely helpful and professional. The boat we reserved was out of service but they seamlessly transitioned us into a better vessel for the same price. This is what customer service looks like!! I had tons of questions and they had all the answers. The prices were more than fair and the equipment was functioning perfectly! We rented a tube our whole family had a fantastic time. This rental was worth the drive across the lake.
Brandy, Kirby were the young staff that we dealt with and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Love this place! The kids enjoy jumping off the dock. Fun shirts and hats to choose from and clean bathrooms. Beer, snacks, and gasoline! Family owned and operated. We love our friends at Serenity Point
