I personally always deal with master inside Sales guru Tyler M, he is practically a wizard when it comes to the ins and outs of the plumbing supply world. He's always friendly and good for a funny joke.

A whole new level of terrible service. First off, when I entered, all staff but the manager had their masks on. To make matters worse, he was the only one on the floor without any other barriers. Normally, this wouldn t bother me but it is currently the LAW to wear a mask at all times in indoor workplaces. He eventually put it on when I approached him for assistance, which leads me to one of the worst experiences I ve had in Calgary.

This individual begrudgingly spent all of 2 minutes trying to understand what I needed and looked for the part. After pulling one part, he proceeded to tell me he didn t have it. I politely asked him how he could possibly know after only trying one part and spending minutes on the problem? He then became belligerent and threw my item back at me! I called him out on his behavior and asked why he was raising his voice and why he threw my item at me - to which he became even more belligerent and denied what he had done. None of the other staff did anything, they all stood by and watched him treat me this way. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he replied that he was the supervisor. If that is true, shame on you - you don t deserve that title. You are in customer service, it is your job to offer solutions or suggestions - not demean and belittle your customer. Literally every other store provided several ideas and recommended that I come to this store for the specialized part and customer service .

I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect! To that end, I have reported the incident to the Wolseley Head Office in the hopes that someone will investigate this incident.

These guys have saved my a$$ many times. Great service. Thank you guys for staying behind, so I could pick up parts for all my emergency jobs

Top notch service. John was so much help putting together a package of tools, batteries, and portable lighting for our fire department. We were happy with his recommendations. They know the products they sell, and stand behind their products. Look forward to future business with Wolseley.
