Croatia Airlines Review

One of the worst companyes I have ever traveled. Never again with this air company. Delay, after delay, after delay. They don't deserve even one star.

One of the worst airline companies in Europe. Old fleet of planes, frequent delays, bad food and drink offer and all of that with a highest price you can immagine. In lowest price that is already high enough, there is no baggage included. Low cost quality airline with price that doesn't match. Only good point of the company are the working staff. Amaizing pilots and flight attendants.

If you like travelling without knowing when and if you're getting somewhere - this is the airline for you! Consistently horrible with a PR service who's press releases borderline stories from children's fables.

If i could give zero I would! This is the worst company ever to fly with. Flew 2 times and never again. Delay after delay 16 hrs stuck at the airport in Split and zero care!! Got one bottle of hot water and small sandwich after we complained. Lost flight and hotel accomodation, employee respond was "I don't care ,is you and othes" I am almoust die. They should take off license for such a poor company. Not to mention on the flight we got one oreo cookie and paid 300 for flight to Athens. Disgrace!!!

I just tried booking a flight, but right when I came to the checkout window I was told to redo the whole process. So I did, only to find out the price went up with 20euros. Literally one moment later.

family owned bar. too bad they allow smoking inside. they have big terrace so during summer good place for beer ;-)

God forbid that they are on time on domestic flights.

With a sudden cancellation, it will not be in time for the next international flight. I do not know the reason for cancellation.

There is np aervice center even thay send you there for some problems. Not customer friendly at all!.

Croatia Airlines is a Croatian company founded in 1989. Our flight from Paris to Zagreb was very pleasant. The plane took off on time, the flight attendants were smiling and helpful, the plane was quite comfortable. During the flight we received a snack and drinks.
