They carried out an end of tenancy clean 0/5. I had to get the job re done. The customer service was the worst I've ever seen. Never use them.

Do not contact this company or seek to use their services in any situation. I booked an end of tenancy clean with them in July and paid a deposit. I provided them with keys to the property and on the day of the clean they did not show up or contact me at all. As the property was vacant at the time my Landlord was forced to contact a locksmith to enter the property and arrange for alternative cleaning which I was charged for.
It was impossible to contact anyone at Cristal Cleaning, they ignored my calls, emails, texts and messages and refuse to refund my deposit or reimburse me for the charges I incurred as a result of their failure.
I am currently pursuing this company through the courts to recover the substantial sum that they owe me.
Totally unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest and ultimately illegal.

The cristal cleaning service company is one the most unprofessional companies ive ever dealt with in my life. They turned up at my property late and left after about hour and half. I had to pay for a new clean at double the price I paid. They have promised a refund and I am still waiting. I have sent them a huge amount of emails and the cristal cleaning service company blocked my number after I called them so many times. I hope this review will make make sure no one ever uses them again. I will be taking them to court.

I would give this company 0/5 if that was possible. Avoid them at all costs.

Warning! Stay clear of this Cristal Cleaning Services they are completely useless, unprofessional, and complete con artists. They arrived over 2 hours late, they hardly had any products with them and the end of tenancy clean they told me would take around 4 hours only took an hour. They didn't clean properly at all and I was very disappointed with the service. They are also extremely unresponsive and unreliable. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
