Me and my kids and nephew and husband was in a bad wreck back in 2019 and I had a bad conclusion. Thank yall for taking care of me all the nursies and the Dr s that seen me was really sweet and if I didnt wont them in the room till i need my meads then they didnt come in there.. They let me sleep when I wonted sleep. And thank all the ones that brought the food.. I will countiune to use them and so will my family..
I was hospitalized at Crisp Medical Center and was treated with the best care, from the ER staff, the staff on 2nd floor, but the ones I remember the most is because I was treated by them more than one day was, Nurse, Leah, Minnie and Kelly. Dr Richard's and her resident, Ashton, the ultrasound tech and everyone from the nurse techs, food services, house keeping, everyone was very friendly and didn't mind carrying on a conversation with me, cause I enjoy talking. Nurse Kelly would come in and we'd talk sports for a while, cause her children are athletes and sports runs her house as it does mine. I would highly recommend Crisp County Medical Center if you'd like to be treated like you were their only patient. Can't forget to mention the Outpatient Surgery Center and Nurse Elizabeth.
Cardiac patient, left unattended out in the waiting room. Not the first doctor in 3hrs while experiencing tachycardia, palpitations, tightness in chest and nausea! Informed attendant in ER waiting room and no response!
I had injured my shoulder somehow, went to Tift Regional 1st. Waited and waited. Decided to come here was seen right away x-rayed diagnosed and sent home feeling better with a follow up appointment with an orthopedic. Decided for now on Crisp County 1st choice.
I would like to say THANK YOU to the wonderful E.R.crew!! I was there yesterday from 5-9 p.m. in terrible pain.Turns out,I have a kidney stone.Everyone in the E.R. Dept. that I came into contact with,were amazing and compassionate! Thanks again!!
These ppl in the emergency room are the most judgmental non helpful ppl I ever seen in my life and I hope they get audited for the way they treat ppl. I laid there 8 hours with no medical help for my uti bc I m a recovering addict. I hope they get what they got coming to them
Awful hateful staff. Im sure it would have an even lower rating if more people survived from this hospital
The ER service is the worst I have ever seen, spent 4 hrs there and never seen a doctor, there were on 2 people ahead of us at 9:30 am. They took vitals 1-1/2 hrs later. Told us to go back to waiting room, we sat there until 2:00 pm . I believe you could actually die in the ER waiting room.
I will never go there again. If they charge my insurance for services I will definately them insurance know we did not receive and medical attention.
The worst bedside manner on the night of October 19th, 2021. I came in with severe head pain. I suffer from migraines, but had never had one like this. The male nurse was rude, unsympathetic to my pain and was not interested in communicating with myself or my husband. He was just all around RUDE! It was one of those cases where they medicated and released so I wouldn't be their liability. The best thing I got was pain relief which would have happened sooner if the ambulance service wouldn't have acted like they didn't want to transport me.
Missed call from this number with no voicemail. I called them back, and a very rude lady said "ma'am there's no way to tell where the call came from it could have been a doctor or someone else." Umm... y'all called me? And left no voicemail? I was doing the polite thing by returning a missed call that could have been important. Awful customer service.
