This is not your typical catering or delivered pizza. This is high end food prepared onsite and cooked in a portable 900F wood fired oven. You won t be disappointed.
They don't cut corners on ingredients. It is good because they start with very good ingredients.

Their pizza is sooo good!! We hired Criscito Pizza for our wedding! We had nothing but raving comments made by our wedding guests! The owner is professional and timely in his responsiveness! There price is spot on and the best we could find! Quality for price is a no-Brainer. The only thing that we were bummed about was the presentation of the pizza at our wedding. We were under the impression that the pizza would be displayed as the pictures shown on their yelp page and their instagram. We were even reassured through email communication. Unfortunately at our wedding they did not display anything, and our pizza was put on a Costco fold out table with no decoration. Luckily for them, their pizza made up for the presentation.
Wow! I was completely surprised by how delicious my Lasagna Pizza was. The flavor profile is unlike anything I've ever had before (including Italy). And they even have gluten free dough. I find their prices to be extremely reasonable considering the size and quality of unique ingredients. Wish they had a storefront so I could go every day! I am sorry to say that after being very impressed with this pizza in the past that visits my apartment complex in Torrey Hills, the $14 Mori pizza I ordered last night 1/30/19 was awful. I have had better frozen $5 pizzas and much larger. The service is quick, maybe too quick , and the guys were nice, but the pizza was awful. There were a few burnt small pieces of pepperoni (I think that is what it was), some small barely cooked pieces of green peppers and a few undercooked onions. The dough was the only good part, which Is all I ate, so $14 for some crust isn t worth it. I won t order again and hope Irvine Company finds better Food Trucks in the future.
