Excellent customer service, moved up our carpet installation date. The gentlemen who installed our carpet were very efficient and did a wonderful job. Very happy with the service!

I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience was fantastic. I called ahead of time and they answered my questions. The install crew called me the morning of install to let me know they were on their way. They finished in one day like they said and everything looks good!

We had Crew2 as our installers for carpet we purchased at Home Depot. They were exactly on time, contacted us that they were on their way, and did a beautiful (and fast) job of installing it! Very pleased!

Absolutely horrific nightmare. Will never buy carpet from Home Depot or have these yahoos install anything in my home. Three appointments set up and no one showed up. Carpet is terrible quality. Install was done so poorly. Men couldn t speak any English and seemed very shady. Do NOT do business through them. Manager never returned my most recent phone call.

Countertops were measured with laser precision and fit perfectly. Crew 2 kept me updated through the entire ordering process, all the way to installation.

Crew2 does sloppy work; I had 1500 sq ft of LVT to be installed and they are nearly re-doing the entire job due to splits/cracking in the tile, uneven surfaces, and even flooring placed over nails. This project has been an on-going nightmare since. Ultimately, if you get work done through Home Depot, Crew 2 is doing the work. I will never use Home Depot or Crew2 again. Despite dealing with this for over 6 months, they certainly aren't going out if their way to try and make up for shoddy work and poor customer service. At this point, I am sure they are eating money on my job since they had to purchase materials for nearly the whole job, plus come back and re-do the work at their expense.

I had a good experience with the 2 crew members that came to install our carpet that we purchased from Home Depot. The workmanship was good and they were fast and clean. I wish I knew their names so others could request them!

i had home depot use this guys to do my carpet installation and they did really poor job damaged my bathroom flooring which they said dint do it but their service guy said it was done when they took the door off and they said they will get the stairs redone and 3 months latter nothing had done stupid loud music my wife at 100 degrees hot had to leave house with the kids becouse she couldnt stay in the house i wont recomend no one to deal with this guys not responsible

I am very pleased with your customer service. Although the project was delayed, Anna at Home Depot and you kept me informed of project status that gave me the assurance I was not being forgotten. Randy the installer was exceptional. On time, great guy with great skills. He did some little extra trimming that saved me time with molding. Really appreciated his attention to detail and keeping me informed if I had decisions to make.
I want the exact same team next winter when I do all flooring on main level of cabin.

I had a significant carpet job, purchased, and received installation date. I CALLED and verified scheduled appt. 3 days earlier. My husband and I took apart roll top desk/master bedroom set/guest bed set/moved living room furniture. No SHOW-NO CALL! I CALLED and was told (oopsy) fell thru cracks! No big deal we will give you a date in a week. We have no idea if they will show with our 6,500$ order! Fast forward to a week later and we received a call the day b/4 install confirming day/time. Install day team arrived as they said and got right to work! It was a big job and they finished after a long day. We walked thru together and I was very pleased. After a challenging experience with the scheduling, the installation was perfect!
