The automobile photography class was great and instructor was awesome. Lots of great info and help with questions.
The greatest customer Service. Very helpful and polite. Have bought a lot from them, and will go back. Do not hesitate. They really do believe in taking care of the customer
Just offered exemplary service for my Nikon D800 and lens. I'm a big fan. Especially after experiencing truly poor service with the other camera dealer in town with the same gear two years ago.
Thank you for addressing my issue. You truly went above and beyond to resolve the problem. My youngest daughter is interested in getting involved with photography. We gave her an old Mavica camera to start out on.Expect us back soon with those old floppy disks! Again Thank you!
Always on my list of places to visit while in St. Louis. I have purchased several cameras and other gear. Don't like buying with out trying. Great knowledgeable staff and fair prices.
I've been a customer of Creve Coeur Camera for a few years now. The selection of equipment in stock is anything from the beginning photographer to the professional. I've bought numerous cameras, lenses, lighting equipment & accessories here. I have been treated well as a customer. If you are in need of a camera or equipment for yourself, family member or as a gift for someone you will find a well stocked store. Sales people are great to work with. If you have questions the owner Steve is great to work with.
They were no help at all with my issue & was told if they could we be a absorbent amount of money
Interesting place. Lots of good materials and equipment.
The wide spectrum of inventory (new and preowned); developing options and camera solutions; and good customer service really makes Creve Coeur Camera a well-rounded camera store.
Went into Creve Coeur Camera on Friday to look at some entry level digital SLRs. We knew one of the big name club stores was going to be having a sale the following week and wanted to see what our options were. Ian was very helpful. We ended up buying the camera (A Canon t6) here at CC camera mostly because of all the help we got choosing. When we told him our price point he first showed us some used cameras, let us play with them for a bit. They have a well lit area for practice shots with a bunch of different sized objects and lighting so you can really see how the camera performs.
After that we decided we'd prefer a new one (for a few reasons.) We looked at the t6, played with it for quite a bit, and he showed us how it worked. I had a lot of stupid questions and he patiently answered all of them for almost an hour while we decided on our camera.
The difference in price was basically the club pack would have come with 2 lenses, instead this came with 1 lens, a free class, discount on a second class and free prints. We decided these perks were worth more to us than having a second lens right away anyway.
Ian then went above and beyond by showing us what some used lenses would cost if we wanted to come back later to expand our collection after getting used the camera. He did this knowing we were probably not going to buy anything else that day (Trying to spread out our cost as it were) which was very nice. He even answered my questions about steps to take down the road if I decide to pursue my photography hobby with upgraded equipment.
We're accident prone so we picked up a damage replacement plan, and they took the time to register it for us so we didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork when we go home. We were also told to come back at any time with any questions about our camera and they'd help us out. Which is good, because the DSLR's are much more complicated than the old film SLRs I've used and I've already got a bunch of questions!
I ended up there today again. My wife wanted a photo travel mug and they had a better option than shutterfly for half the price (the new camera came with a coupon for photo gifts too, so I was able to get a second mug with that coupon for basically free.)
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience there, and I'll probably be back several times as I try to improve my photography skill.
Thanks!
Well stocked and plenty of friendly and knowledgeable employees.
Ray was a huge help. Very very competent in answering my questions. He went above and beyond for me. Five star customer service all the way!
Whatever you need in the camera industry they've got it or they'll get it for you. Great reproductions of old film and pictures.
Always helpful employees. They are always willing to show you new products and explain there uses.
Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff along with a huge variety of stock and services offered.
