Appalling company, I ordered an industrial hoover & pole kit to be delivered for the job I was on, I was firstly advised that the equipment would arrive at 9am, it didn't turn up on time when I called I was told it was going to be at the end of my first day. When it did finally turn up we were unable to use it as it didn't fit together as parts were missing. On the second day, an employee arrived with another kit they sent and we were still unable to fit it all together, 7 people were trying to make the parts fit. It didn't have the right parts. We had to make stuff fit to get some of the job done. When going back to the company to ask for an explanation and for some compensation due to losing a whole day on the first day and not having the actual equipment that we ordered, I was told I was a liar and that nothing would be done, even disregarding their own employee's report of the situation. Calls and emails were totally ignored. Disgusting customer service, and the whole experience was very disappointing I do not recommend this company to anybody!!!
