We have worked with Crescent for 20 years and always been exceptionally pleased with their products, service and support. Today, as we face tremendous financial challenges- like virtually every one else in the world - they flat out refused to answer a question about a sudden problem with their software unless we paid them $75 per hour. Disgusting, Crescent. Really disgusting. You should be profoundly ashamed of yourselves. This isnt the way to treat a customer who has been loyal to you for 20 years. Not in good times and definitely not in bad times.

I visited Crescent Cardboard in November 2018 to test out a Valiani Maximum mat cutter. The staff were very friend and the facility was very impressive (it went on for ever it seemed). The machine worked well and after some negotiations I purchased a machine. This is the first time I've purchased a large piece of equipment where the equipment supplier actually knew the correct delivery/install date when I placed the order (normally with long lead times it's not unusual for a piece of equipment to be off by a week or so), but they estimated delivery and install to the very day. So far I'm very happy with the company and service.

Need appt for dlvry, otherwise quick. One or two trucks will fit to stay overnight on the far west of the lot

I have been an illustrator since 1978 and have used Crescent illustration boards of many types over the years with great success...however starting with a carton of #110 two years ago and now with all #114 watercolor board I have purchased I have experienced major failures in the glue used to bond all the layers together resulting massive rippling of the top rag layer. I at first assumed it was a fluke, but it has occurred too many times.The latest occurred during a class demo at the Watts atelier in front of a mass of students. That I am angry as hell is an understatement. I will no longer purchase your inferior products and I will tell everyone I know starting with all the students passing through our school!
