This company is such a pain they dont understand english and keep calling .The tracker system that they keep asking about was damaged in car accident and they cant simply understand that its no longer in use its been over 3 years now.The car was written off.Please stop pestering Mr Rampersadh from Pietermaritzburg or else i would have to take the legal route

If ever I had the displeasure of working with an entire team of incompetent fools it would certainly be this one! From the pointless missed calls they give religiously at around 8am every other morning to the annoyingly demanding misinformed call centre staff to the equally idiotic, non-compliant team and call centre managers like Mariam and Majida who promise service and empathy to your plight and deliver nothing but disgust and disappointment with their unkind acts of non-delivery and less than savory manner of still trying to get some form of commitment from you while feigning support for your soon-to-be-ignored requests which not only racks up serious telephone bills but also racks up serious office downtime. This is a company that displays as much professionalism as the tuckshop I used to frequent as a you boy in a less fortunate area, now while I am not saying that financial circumstances dictates ones behaviour, the general conduct here is plagued with what one could equate to a drought-stricken earth, so dry that no staff member let alone the company could grow, and if by some small chance the company, like a cactus manages to grow, I feel so sorry for the businesses and consumers alike who would fall prey to these vomit inducing bunch of earache causing parasites.

I want to pay my account looking for settlement letter i phoned spend 150 rand on airtime no one picked up ive emailed al the emails no response from anyone since tge 15/06/20 10:00 in the morning and still waiting
