We have been with Credit Plus for a little over 15 months, and have had no issues. They are very responsive, and great vendor friendly

They checked my credit without my consent. I never gave them my SSN. Nor I gave them any personal information. I sent them an email and if they do not do anything I am going to report them.

I have applied for a mortgage assistance program. My lender could not explain to me why the credit score they had were so different from the scores I was seeing. After some research I called the reporting agency Credit Plus. Thank you Crystal for explaining this to me! It has helped me understand the difference. I feel I can make a more informed decision!

Credit Plus was used by my mortgage refinancer to confirm my current credit amounts on open accounts after the previous credit pulls were out of date. Christine had me on a conference call with the credit lenders in question to confirm the credit terms and balances and was nothing short of professional. All conversations required my confirmation of self and also my consent to disclose to Credit Plus who in turn will send the confirmation data to the mortgage refinancers. This was an easy experience to reach the final steps of my refinance.

Customer service rep was really short with me cutting me off basically rushing me off the phone I didn t authorize this company or any company check my credit . I ll be keep a close eye on my credit it was weird that she needed my social just to verify that they indeed checked my credit without permission

This company needs to be investigated by the authorities. Back in 2017, they while purchasing a home they ran my credit 5 times. I complained to them about it and they did absolutely nothing. On July 2020, I was refinancing my home and again I see they ran my credit 4 times, I called them and complained explaining to them that as long a mortgage company runs your credit within a 30 period it counts as one!!!!! Worst company ever. Im assuming they get paid more for every inquiry not caring for others credit.

This company and all these credit Companies should be shutdown they are nothing but a ripoff and unreliable why does my credit score have to drop when someone checks it. These companies are nothing but a bunch of crooks. You dispute something and nothing is ever done and customer service is terrible

They sold my information to Quicken loans within 48 hours of submitting with another mortgage company. This is annoying and the exact reason why we need another 2008 to wipe these people off the earth. Low-bottom feeders.

Never heard of this company but they tried to pull my report

People apply for a loan. Have company pull credit. Freak out when the name doesn t match. The true minorities left in this country have nothing to do with race. The real minorities are the non ignorant. May god help us all. Please don t give Gatorade to our crops. I don t care if they have electrolytes.
