My name is Ashish. I was given an offer for consultation with Dr. Poulomi at Rs 1000 per consultancy & a package of Rs 2500 for 7 days consultancy by team person Mr. Nitin. However i was given only one day consultation as your team person had made a mistake with the package. After this i agreed to take refund but amount still not received despite more than 10 days passed.
The call operators calling themselves doctors are irresponsible. First they promise an appointment well in advance, then just before the appointment they send a message that the doctor is not available.
Totally messed up team saying different things at different times, compromising the health of the patient. And yes, rude and impolite!
Practo is a much better service.
Worst services ...fake cometment ..dnt trust on this company.. poor services ..all are consultant ..once they received your money they will not respond you. After many calls also ..and when you guys want your money back they will block you..
DONOT WASTE MONEY WITH THEM, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEAP APP. They hire people to boost app visibility by getting star ratings otherwise service is pathetic
Worst service ever! The teleconsultation did not go through and they are yet to refund after countless phone calls. Absolutely the worst!

I took one week online consultation package from them last month on 23'rd April for Rs 2000, they assigned me Dr Munish Chauhan for consultation and I was suggested some medicines but didn't get any prescription for which I kept requesting Credit Health team. I didn't get any relief and my situation got worse and I approached hospital for admission but they asked me which Dr I am consulting and asked for prescription/ recommendation from Doctor.
I again approached these guys who were not giving me prescription for last so many days despite my payment and everything, they only texted me medicine which was not any helpful. Bcoz of irresponsibility of these guys I was in deep trouble. Am going to take court now.
They are very careless people. Once they will book your appointment and take their money , after which they don t even care if the patient has any issues or not. I have been constantly calling them since past 6 hours , they are keeping on giving me different numbers to contact for my problem which is of no use. There is this lady who told me that she can help me and gave me a number to send my reports there after which she will consult the doctor and get back to me. The number turned out to be a false one. I don t understand what entertainment do you guys get by harassing a customer. If money is all that you want then directly ask for it, don t just give false hope to your customers
First of all i would like to give a big grand salute to all the people who are engaged into medical field during this pandemic. Being honest here I never believed in online consultancy but this brand Credihealth Pvt Ltd had changed my opinion for the same, would hereby specifically mention name of one of the Doctor from the company MRS RACHITA SHARMA for here regular follow up on regular intervals. Really helped my during this pandemic in getting proper mediciation on time & provided me proper guidance with diet and other things.
Once again thanks a lot to MRS. Rachita & Credihealth for providing such a wonderful assistance & experience.
