After having worked vey long on my application, I managed to get through to the assessment stage. One of the assessors said (paraphrasing) 'Ultimately we are looking for someone we can have a beer with after work. All the other stuff can be taught later on.' I am very concerned about this statement. This not only undermines all the preparation we have put into the application and assessment, it also discriminates against those who do not drink alcohol.

I wrote an email to Creative Pioneers letting them know what happened. They ignored the email. I no longer have the confidence to use their service again.

Horrendous experience as an employer. Avoid like the plague.
