Great if you don t need anything from them but their responsiveness is close to zero if you do. They don t return phone calls or emails. Just an endless redirection to other voicemails with no follow up. I really don t understand why a company would rely on them for corporate housing of employees.
Our son goes to college in Minneapolis---so my wife and I have stayed several times in the furnished apartments that are provided by Dawn and her Creative Housing team. And wow...their apartments are beautiful!
Each of their furnished apartments are perfect for short term housing because their executive suites are smartly located around the city of Minneapolis, close to shopping and the interiors are furnished at the level that you would see in a Ritz Carlton!

CHS provided a high level of support through our temporary housing experience. We breathed a sigh of relief when we walked into this well-appointed and beautifully furnished apartment. They thought of everything including dog treats for our two pups. We have moved seven times and this is the best experience we have had by far. The food and amenities baskets and kits made a big difference. Their attention to detail and thoughtful preparation made all the difference.
