A few months ago, I needed to replace the carpet in a rental property I had just begun managing for a friend. Jill and her colleagues made the process completely painless for me. The price was reasonable and it was clear what I would be getting for the price. From measurement to installation/cleanup and disposal of the old flooring materials, they did a great job of taking good care of the house. I'd recommend them to anyone.

When I walked into the house, the floors were all clean and there was no evidence that it had just been installed - like stray carpet fibers all over the place or any other trash. It just looked like freshly cleaned carpet, which leads me to I assume they brought their own vacuum and cleaned up after themselves. I've seen the debris left behind by a brand new carpet install before, and this was nothing like that. I really appreciated that attention to detail. I had renters in the house in no time, thanks in part to the fact that I didn't have to spend additional time cleaning after the carpet was installed.

First of all, It took me 2 month to make a decision regarding which company to work with. So, I have found that Miller store has a lot of pattern variety.
I have changed the carpet of my living room , stairs and the office and it looks beautiful.
The guys who installed the carpet were professional and they have done a great job.
In the store, I have worked with Mrs.Jean, she was knowledgeable about the carpet which I appreciate. That helped me a lot due to too many choices to choose from. She is also a nice person to work with.
Finally, the customer service is great according to my experiance. So, I am so happy that I have done the project with them.

Ephraim and Peyton just finished up installling my laminate flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen and it looks fantastic! Professional, hard working, dedicated young men, really enjoyed having them here working in my home. Would absolutely use Miller's Flooring in the future because of the high quality work from these young professionals and also because of the quality of the products provided.

The ceramic tile was installed in 2011 and has cracked ever since. Miller's repaired it a couple of times and then the owner said he would no longer do the repairs. The hardwood was installed in 2011 and has cupping each time the humidity rises. Miller's didn't leave space for expansion and contraction in the humid Indiana climate.

I worked with Savannah, Jill, and Jane in the process of putting in Karndean vinyl tile..Opus Clarus with grout strips in ivory. I could not be happier!
I first spoke with Savannah and got Kevin scheduled for an estimate so that I could get an idea of my options for my sloped laundry room floor with old rusty drain in the middle. Kevin helped me come up with a plan for coordinating plumbing work with flooring, and then electrical and my redo went off without a hitch. Financing was super easy..which is fantastic when faced with a job that can t be tackled piecemeal.
Jill helped me look through all the samples and compare prices and features. She helped me realize that even though sheet vinyl is less per sq foot, there is much more waste because I d the 12 foot material width. The prices ended up comparable and I got really nice durable tile that can have a tile or two replaced later if something really gouged it. Win and win for us.
Jane was amazing coordinating the installers and handling all the pre-install communication. Juan and his team were really amazing..it was a solid 2 day job that included filling and leveling my capped off floor drain and working around and under staircases, doors, closets..it s flawless! They even came back to cut down two doors that were struggling with the new transitions.
Goodbye and good riddance to 1982 vinyl! I was skeptical about the idea of them installing right over the old vinyl, but they really prepped and leveled it beautifully. Juan and his team were also very careful to wear masks in the house. I didn t have to bug anyone.

Overall, I am happy with the finished product. The guys who installed were very professional and friendly. I am rating two stars because I was not told of an increase in our quote until the carpet was already being installed. I went to make our last payment and the quote was $476 more than the original. The original was before they measured, but a new invoice/quote should have been sent before the project was started. I felt like my choice to continue was taken away from me. When I inquired, I was told they needed to add over 100 sq foot more of carpet, but they cannot tell me where the extra 100 sq ft is coming from. Even though I love the finished the product, I won t be back for our other projects as I feel taken advantage of. Families may be on budgets for projects and that should be taken into consideration by their staff.

Yesterday, in haste as a knee jerk reaction I left a somewhat lengthy and angry review, after some reflection and a talk with the store manager who convinced me that my interaction with Millers was not how they interact with customers on a daily basis, he assured me he would look into the matter. Therefore I owe Millers an apology.

We recently replaced all the flooring in our home, as well as remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen. All flooring and tile has come from Miller's. The staff is professional and courteous. We worked with Meagan, who provided excellent service. Emily was also very helpful. We are pleased with all the products we purchased, which included wood flooring, carpet, vinyl tile, ceramic and porcelain tile. When we had a problem with the vinyl tile, Miller's replaced it with another selection with no hesitation! Pricing is competitive with other places in town. Miller's carpet installers do a great job too, with minimal damage to our wood trim, and cleaning up thoroughly when done. We are very pleased with Miller's Flooring America and highly recommend them!
