I waited 1 week for them to get to my Macbook and tell me that the factory defect acknowledged by Apple regarding the keyboard of this line of Macbooks would not be approved because the touchbbar did not work (keyboard, touchbar and trackpad is one module). The reason could be the two drops of water that had entered and colored the sensor. EDIT: after checking in detail, it turns out that the top case does not need to be 3 modules in one, everything is sold and changed separately. They could change the keyboard and leave me the broken touchbar.
