I found this team 2 years ago while I was having a dental emergency. This is the most personable group of dental professionals I ve ever been too. Most people hate going to the dentist but I think the dental staff actually makes a big difference. These ladies are organized, knowledgeable and accommodating. They take their time and make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Phane is amazing and gentle. When I went to her the first time I was a mess. I needed a root canal (which I ve never had before) and was in excruciating pain. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Since then I ve become a regular in regards to other situations and they ve always been super sweet and welcoming. They are always on time as well. I have referred a few people to them and they ve had the same experience.

I was eagerly in search of a new dentist in the area, under an emergency situation. After being turned down by 4 other dentist offices, who offered appointments 2 1/2 weeks away because their schedules were "too full", I called Creating Smiles---They were understanding of the urgency of my situation (a crown fell off and my tooth was exposed and painful). They called me back immediately and were kind enough to fit me in to their already busy schedule, the next day. My full experience was flawless from the initial phone call, the warm atmosphere and happy staff, efficient and safe check-in, quick paperwork process and painless reattachment of my crown by a true professional dentist that clearly loves her industry. I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE!!! My whole family now has a new forever dentist! Thank you Creating Smiles!!!
I HIGHLY recommend Creating Smiles Dental. I was referred to them by friends. It s been a while since I ve been to a dentist. They made me feel amazing, thoroughly explained everything and gave me a thorough work plan moving forward. The entire experience from being greeted as I walked in, to being updated on my approximate wait without having to inquire multiple times was amazing. The dentist isn t usually something you look forward to visiting again but in this case I can say it is because of the human factor and how they made it feel like I family. Also first time clients get a tremendous deal for X-rays, evaluation and cleaning!!
What else can I say about this dental office other than they are Amazing!! Jessica is my dental hygienist and she is simply the best. Great dental office. Dr Phane is amazing. Everybody in the office is really nice and friendly and they do everything they can to accommodate you. I suffer from anxiety and had a little moment while in the chair and she was really helpful and patient with me and helped me get through my panic attack. Highly recommend this office!
I ve said it before and I ll say it a million times over, I don t know what I would do without a Dental team like these girls have put together. I regularly have Stella as my assistant, Dr. Brayer for general dentistry and orthodontics (which I can t stress enough how easy they made the Invisalign process for me) , and Carly as my hygienist. Dana and the rest of the girls in the front are awesome and super accommodating when it comes to scheduling. They have multiple offices and work with whichever works best for you. All around a great operation. Kudos!
I have always hated going to the dentist, out of fear. I have a terrible gag reflex, and every experience I had previously, was not good. I called Creating Smiles Dentistry and they got me in very quickly. I was very apprehensive, and explained to them over the phone how worried I was about my gag reflex and if I d even be able to follow through with the work that needed to be done. They re-assured me that they would do everything they could to work with me, and let me tell you, they sure did. I arrived for my first appointment, nervous and shaking. As soon as you walk in, they offer you bottled water, and ask if you need anything. Wow, how sweet! I then was called back into a pristine clean room where I met Dr. Phane and her team. From there, it s all history. They have many ways to help you, if you are like me and have a horrible gag reflex. They are patient, caring, kind, attentive, and genuine. This is a very family-oriented dental team, who cares about all of their patients more than I ve ever seen before. Or even heard of.
Hi everyone, my name is Morgan and I have Glioblastoma Multiforme Stage IV Terminal Brain Cancer. All I wanted was a beautiful smile before I passed away. And Creating Smiles Dentistry made this happen and exceeded my expectations. My eyes are full of tears as I write this long awaited review. As you read this review, please keep in mind, that I did get veneers, but the dental care here that I received prior to, and after, is out of this world. I explained my concerns, wishes, and needs to Dr. Phane, who quickly created an entire plan for my ENTIRE mouth. She constructed a 3D Model, of what she had planned. I never thought I would have straight, beautiful teeth, and seeing her holding this beautiful 3D Model of what her plan was for me, was absolutely mind-blowing.
I had what some would call a snaggle tooth that stuck way out, and I wanted it gone. She explained the importance of having that canine tooth, and why she did not want to pull it. Instead, she wanted to reconstruct it! And that s exactly what she did. I was very eager to get started with veneers, but she also explained the importance of having all of my teeth that needed to be filled, or crowned, or what not done first, otherwise, veneers would just be a mask, but not a solution to my dental problems at that time.
Here I am, 3 months later, with tears streaming as I write this out of love, gratitude, shock, and utter amazement with a beautiful, pearly white straight-toothed smile. Dr. Phane along with Nam, made the impossible, POSSIBLE. They gave me confidence that I never had. I would never smile in photos, or I d cover up my mouth. I d even cover it if I laughed. And now, I want the world to see my teeth! I want the world to see me smile, to see me laugh, and I can do that without feeling insecure.
These people, EVERYONE, at Creating Smiles Dentistry care. You aren t just another patient to them. They take the time you need, make accommodations for you, reschedule you if you cannot come in, and work with you in full. They make sure that you re comfort level, and what you are looking for, is taken care of with ease and patience. They really do care. More than any dentist office I have ever walked into.
This place, and these people deserve a rating that is off the charts. 5 stars does not do them justice. Dr. Phane is the best. I didn t go to the dentist in years because of horrible experiences. She is kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. My husband and I had to get a few cavities filled and the procedure for both of us was painless. We literally didn t even feel a poke. She is just great at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is also extremely nice and accommodating!
