Great service and trustworthy company with which to do business.

We had Crawford services come to replace two AC units at our home. They were incredibly professional and friendly. They treated my home as if it was theirs which was much appreciated. Misael and Roberto did a fantastic job. I will be referring Crawford Services to all my friends and family.

Very nice father and son team, Manuel and Jose. Were thorough in explaining everything with the HVAC Lennox product install. Not sure how they could work in such cold weather! Good job!

Top notch service from Crawford and from Mikel. He is a very hard working professional that is not only honest and competent but is very knowledgable in the equipment he services and he stays up to date with the latest technology and changes. Mikel has serviced our unit for years and I value and trust him and his work completely. I could not be happier with this service and will continue to ask for Mikel in the future. He is friendly and willing to explain his work. Great companies are the result of hiring great workers and people like Mikel are the ones that make companies like Crawford not just good but great.

We had a tankless hot water heater installed by another plumbing company which we had used for 30 years. It never worked right and after filling a warranty claim we learned Crawford was the only authorized service provider. Kevin came out and identified seven mistakes from the previous installers. The system has worked perfectly ever since he fixed the install. We have now used them two other times for other plumbing needs and they are our plumbers for life. On time, professional, courteous and fixed right the first time. Highly recommend.

We have had Joe attend to service checks with Crawford Air on more than one occasion. He is always prompt, and professional. He provides explanation for any issues to pay attention to, as well as recommendations for items that would benefit our system. He is an asset to Crawford Services.

Floyd was here the first maintenance visit after we purchased our new Lennox system via Costco and Crawford. I was impressed with Floyd then, honest and quality service minded. That's why I signed up with Crawford for our after warranty service regular maintenance package with great confidence. I have had no better AC service since we bought our home in 2003 here in Ft. Worth. We have had no less than 4 different AC service companies here... Crawford has been the best!

UPDATE - Armando just came by yesterday in the toxic time with COVID in the air and was very much in keeping with suggested health parameters and customer interaction. He and I had a good talk and within a short amount of time and my interference at bay, he performed his maintenance checks on our 2 systems we purchased from Crawfords and was on his way. Our systems are in great working order, got cleaned up by Armando and required no additional freon. Thank you Crawford for such great equipment install, maintenance and service personnel!

I've had the pleasure to work with Crawford Services through our local Costco warehouse in Ft Worth when we purchased a new upstairs and downstairs AC/Heat unit. The "value" they bring: Quality, Service and Price is simply outstanding. Service and quality seldom go hand in hand anymore, but this company delivered from start to finish. We had a couple of unforeseen bumps, but Jerry our service advisor never missed a step. The bonus of going through Costco was two fold for us. They don't partner with just any service provider, and as a bonus we got 10% cash card back on the new units. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Armando was courteous, professional and thorough in his work. He took pride in doing the work correctly and explaining the processes as he went along.

Richard is a great representative and technician for Crawford. He prompt, conscientious, friendly and goes out of his way to give added advise when necessary. We always depend on Richard and Crawford for out maintenance requirements. John Lynch

Joe was extremely helpful and informative. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something or rip me off. Joe demonstrated outstanding customer service and made sure my AC was working properly before he left. Joe's customer service made me feel I could trust this company. I signed a three year maintenance agreement for this reason.

If you are looking for high quality care with high quality people, Kenji Pearce and Crawford Services will make sure your home is well taken care of. They were very responsive, caring, and professional. Best experience I have ever had with an air conditioning company. It's not a wonder why Costco uses them as their company of choice.

Manuel Zapata of Crawford Services, Inc., and Jesus did a great job! Installed an HVAC system, did a clean, tidy and professional job. The interaction with me and my wife was informative. Manuel even took time to talk with our toddler! :-) Very pleasant experience! We would highly recommend them to everyone!

Crawford Services installed our air conditioning units several years ago and we have maintained our service contract with them. We have been extremely pleased with the units they installed and their continued maintenance of those units. All of the service technicians that have come to the house have been great, especially Joe Gil!

I was very happy with Rick he was very professional and informative about the Lennox air conditioner that I bought , the crew he brought to my house was very nice and worked hard to get the unit installed the whole experience was excellent .I want to thank Crawford Services for an excellent job.

Great company hiring great people who do great work. They have completed numerous repairs at our facility both for plumbing and for AC work. The workers are always friendly and hard working and do a great job.

We have a had 2 major sewer repairs (2 different building 2 years apart). They took all the precautions to keep the area clean and are concerned about not disrupting the church or school. Their work is top notch and you can tell it. Gary Staggs is an excellent plumbing manager who makes sure everyone knows what's going on and keep you updated on the details of the project. He's very patient with questions. Doug has always made plumbing repairs that show attention to detail and solve the problem. They only repair what needs to be repaired and are open to discussing pro and cons of the repair. (i.e. should I replace A, B, and C since A is broke and B is half broke. ) They will analyze the problem and help you make the best decision even if it means less money on the bill.

They also solved another building smell issue we had for over 10 years in a matter of less than hour.

For Air conditioning they have replaced new units damaged by hail, maintain our current units and boiler, and service units that break.

Their prices may not be the cheapest but they are reliable, dependable, on time and do quality work.

We will definitely use them again for plumbing and AC.

Joe Gill has been repairing and maintaining my HVAC systems for the past several years. He is always professional, and helpful to explain my repair and ongoing maintenance options. I appreciate his honesty. Because of Joe, I renewed a 3 year service agreement, and will continue to use Crawford Services.

Kenji Pearce arrived on time to assess my HVAC needs. He was very thorough, explaining the process to determine what I wanted and what options were available. Once I decided what system I wanted based on his recommendations, the one-visit install was scheduled promptly and completed very professionally. I was very favorably impressed with Kenji as well as the install team of Manuel Zapata and Jose Zapata.

After my initial experience with Kenji Pearce I was convinced to request him by name for help with another HVAC installation ! I was working on an extremely tight schedule and I knew Kenji was the one I wanted to help me. With his experience he was able to figure my needs, offer solutions, and commit to an install within days. I was concerned with an old failing HVAC system facing what has turned out to be one of the worst ever winter weather events for this area.

The install team of Jesus Ortiz and Roberto Reyes were most professional in carefully prepping the interior areas of my home. They were very courteous and obviously extremely good in accomplishing all of the necessary tasks in such a complicated project.

A special thanks to Roberto for his patience with me in setting up the new thermostat and programming my phone app !

I was using Crawford Services back when they were known and AirRite. They have always been on time and deliver the best work ever. I would especially like to address Jerry Byrd, Comfort Advisor. I have been having issues with my A/C unit and I asked Crawford Services to come out and check it out. They found everything in working order and did not try to sell me anything. I mentioned that we were having areas in the house that were not cooling as desired and they recommended making a few adjustments. They will be here Monday to make these changes.

So far so good. Misael and his team of installers were very professional, accommodating and patient. They showed up on time, worked hard and late, and did not cut corners. The results of their work, thus far, are outstanding. Highly recommended!

I worked through Costco who has a partnership with Crawford Services. I am very pleased with the company. Everyone I worked with was polite, professional, and courteous. The technician who came to my home was Joe G. He was knowledge, answered all of our questions, offered his professional thoughts and feedback.

Excellent service! Abel was at my home within an hour from the time I called in a Saturday! Friendly and honest service- highly recommend!

Our service technician, Shakir Fraser demonstrated superb troubleshooting skills. Two weeks prior to this service call, we had the summer inspection on our units. A unit which passed the inspection was not cooling properly. Shakir immediately identified a stuck Schrader valve as the culprit, the valve was leaking and Shakir actually could hear the escaping gas. In addition Shakir checked all vital signs following the gas recharge and tuned the charge to provide optimum cooling. His knowledge, communication skills and demeanor are outstanding!

I just had 3 units replaced at my home and went through Costco, and was a first timer at that so..... Let me just say thus far, this was hands down the BEST Experience I have ever received from a company since I have moved here to TX from CA. I have had a lot of problems with my new home since day one, the existing AC was at end of life, and had multiple visits from other companies, none of which I trusted.

Crawford did and AMAZING JOB from start to finish. From the First visit to the last day of installation, and even the team at thier office, are all great to talk to and deal with. They are truly a great company and I would recommend them to anyone in need of Service, or a new system.

Joe Gil was great! i told him i was rushed because i had to go to work later that day, but my AC was not working and i needed someone to come that day! he told me he didn't rush and if he couldn't fix my AC he would come back the next day, ( i was off the next day ), and i wouldn't be charged another service call. turned out he fixed my AC and was very good at explaining what was wrong with my unit. i felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. i hope he is the same technician that comes back to my home the next time i need help!! thanks Joe

All the folks I know and have dealt with at Crawford are upstanding, knowledgeable and just down right good folks....Rod and Robert are some of the best techs around when it comes to their craft, the office staff are courteous and friendly...... not to leave out mentioning the Buford's always there when you need help with the services that they offer........Good Folks.

Misael and his team did a fantastic job with our install. They were finished an hour earlier than they initially estimated and the A/C works great. I couldn't be happier. They were very professional and thorough.

Called Crawford Services for a leak in my AC unit. Nathan came out same day and had the problem fixed and my whole AC unit inspected within an hour. Nathan was very efficient and informative about what the problem was and how to avoid it going forward. I also very much appreciated the fact that there was no sales involved whatsoever. I've had other AC companies come out and try to sell me on service plans or whole new AC units before they would even look at mine. Most people just want the problem fixed and will be a lifelong customer if the company comes out and fixes the problem without any pressure to upgrade or join some yearly plan, etc. Very good experience dealing with Crawford and they are the only HVAC company I will use going forward.

Scheduling the service was very smooth and professional. I was informed of the filters I needed at the time of scheduling so it was easy to get them ordered and have it handy when they came for service. I was informed of the time when the technician is going to arrive and it was prompt service. Highly recommend them.

On 11/6/2019 Jesus Ortiz and Roberto Reyes installed a new HVAC system at our house. They were both kind, courteous, very professional and patient in answering questions. They were working very hard and. from what I can tell as a non HVAC professional, they did a fantastic job. Everything looks very neat and tidy and the equipment in the attic is even very nicely labeled. Two thumbs up for Jesus and Roberto. I highly recommend them. Thank you for doing a great job!

CS identified multiple things during their inspection of our A/C system that other companies missed or did not even check. They also sat down with us and went over options, something only they did. The install was smooth, clean, and professional. They were very detail oriented, and went over everything with me before leaving. They are also the only ones who pulled a permit with the city and had a follow up inspection days later.

Tim R. was excellent. I actually had two issues which made it a little complicated. But he resolved both quickly and I then had both water pressure and hot water immediately. Keeping his card. Want to ask for him when I call Crawford again!

From the Sales meeting with Kerry through the install with Polo, I was very impressed with the experience. Kerry gave us all the options in a straightforward manner that was easy to understand. Polo showed up exactly when we were told he would be here ready to go. Did a thorough review of our existing system and walked me through what they were going to do. Polo and his assistant Oscar were very professional and did a fantastic job from the start to the finish, even sweeping out the garage area. Walk me through the new control unit which is straight forward. I could have been more satisfied.

One of the best experiences I have had with any home equipment purchase. The sales process was great, low pressure. The HVAC installers were one time, met all deadlines, cleaned up, and very helpful. Even the inspector commented on the quality of the installation.

I have been a customer with Crawford, previously AirRite since approximately 2007. I am always pleased with how caring and thorough the office staff is. I no longer have to request Richard M as my service technician. I can count on him to complete my maintenance check every six months as though it is his own. I know this is why my system keeps me cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, without any interruptions. I can't imagine any one else maintaining my system. No worries! Kudos to Richard and the Staff.
