Joe was very informative and honest about what repairs were needed, and how they would be done. He really took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and was very professional. He carefully traced the original system's design and made sure everything was done correctly/safety. On top of that, he was all done faster than expected. He certainly earned a repeat customer.
