I have been a customer of Crater Community Hospice for several years now, and I must say that their services are truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly compassionate and professional, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that my loved ones receive the best care possible. I am so grateful for everything they have done for my family during difficult times. This was not the experience I thought it was. All of the care was totally put on me and i need more help with my love ones medical attention. I also had to provide most of the supplies such as sheets, pillows blankets bed pad way larger than theres, they bought diapers but they were to small i had some i had purchased in case he needed them they used. The goal was just to sedate him and yet he was cabled of walking into the house with two emps help assisting him into the house and they started sedating him and he was dead in a day. He was TERMINAL, but not at death door when he came home. He was sent home prescribed 2 antibiotics and they didn't give him them and when i asked about them and that he was so drugged all the time how was i suppose to get it in him and they said DON'T worry about giving him those. He was being treated for sepsis. I got one dose in him and couldn't after he was under the care of hospice. He passed away in a 24 hour timeline after being sent home to START hospice care. I wasn't informed of the way his care would be all on me. I could have did that good without this place. I had heard how helpful and tremendously serviceable hospice is . This one was recommend highly by the case manager from his hospital . WAYNE was drugged all up to just die . Oh and his wounds weren't dressed a he was bath like i was told he would be. Check these places for yourself THROUGHLY before intrusting your love one to this place.

I can't sing their praises high enough or thank them enough. Everyone associated with Crater Community Hospice that my husband and I have met and worked with have been true and utter blessings. They are all a comfort and have so much knowledge and compassion that they willingly share. I can't say enough good things about them. Their support and care have made a huge difference to me and my family.

We work closely with this organization on a regular basis. The support that they offer the communities that they serve is so important and they do a great job.

Very impressed with the level of communication from Crater's staff! In a time when I can't visit my father at the nursing home due to COVID restrictions, I have Crater Community Hospice as my eyes and ears going to the facility to provide extra assistance for my father, the assistance that I would be providing if I could go like I used to. I highly recommend Crater Community Hospice for your loved ones at home or in a long term care center!
