Horrible service, products misrepresented, this company doesnt care about the employees and if we get coverage they just care about sending Christmas cards, JANA get a job where you dont have to help people, especially when it comes to benefits which should be a good thing, but not with Jana, SHAME ON YOU JANA! I find it hard to give any star with such negative service.
Crandall & Associates Insurance is a broker that stands out among the crowd. Most individuals like myself don't completely grasp or properly understand all the many complex facets of the insurance system. However, the associates at Crandall make this much easier and with language that you can comprehend. My previous insurance broker recommended poor and inadequate insurance coverage, and they never asked me many questions nor did they encourage me to ask questions. In contrast Crandall & Associates encouraged asking questions and they responded in kind with simple and easy to understand answers. I've worked with dozens of different insurance brokers through out the years, but Crandall & Associates is a breath of fresh air when compared to other brokers. The staff doesn't aggressively try to sell you something like so many other brokers do, and they're always kind, prudent, and efficient. I am grateful and blessed that I have had the pleasure of working with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance coverage of any kind. Crandall & Associates insurance took many steps to ensure and take the necessary time and go over each piece of documentation personally to ensure you understand all aspects of your policy. This is invaluable in my professional opinion and I will never need another insurance broker. Thank you and bless the staff at Crandall & Associates they saved me a fortune in costs.
