I hate the high pressure atmosphere alot of salespeople have so I was happy with tim giving us the space with our test drives and buying process. I GOT roof cross bar installation, but there 4 washer they didn't put in ,so I did MYSELF last night.

I called to get my Toyota fixed for a recall (airbag) lady said she would call me back with set up time and more information...still waiting after 1 week
called Toyota number on recall paperwork sent to me ,They called said she talked to Madison Toyota and they would get back to me before end of working day...Still waiting, Guess they don,t care about the safety of whom ever my passanger is. Been 2 weeks now ...

Yet no call back.

They are way cheaper then my old place to get my oil changed

My mother and I recently purchased our second Toyota from Craig within the last two years. We bought a new RAV and a used Corolla from Craig. They are the best two cars we have ever owned. The salesman we always use is Tim Jones. He has always been upfront and honest with us and has answered all questions we have had. He gave us a great deal on both vehicles. Everyone we have dealt with there has always been nice. We always recommend Craig Toyota to others when they are looking for a vehicle. We enjoy driving both Toyotas we have and hope to have them for many years to come.

Didn't happen to mention all of the nice little hidden costs. On top of that even though they were willing to barter and trade a little, they made it very difficult for me to get all of my paperwork completed. Don't hand them the money until they hand you the keys.

I had a 9am appointment for routine maintenance and oil change. I showed up at 8:55 am and they had my Rav 4 on the lift at 9. I was on the road by 9:30. Life is good.

The absolute best dealership ever. Great salesmen and the best service department hands down. Jerry Tingle in the service department and people like Bill Sullivan make Craig Toyota what is. Absolutely awesome. You won't find better customer service anywhere. Trust me on that or go buy a vehicle from there and see for yourself. Plus ,Craig Toyota is home of the lifetime warranty. Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Craig Toyota. The salesman gave me a wonderful deal, waited for me to come pickup my car. Had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I came with my family to pick it up (even put a full tank of gas in it for us), and on top of it all brought a little stuffed carfax fox for our toddler before we left. I wish all dealerships had this kind of customer service where they go above and beyond expectations to make sure the customer has a pleasant experience doing business with them.

I took my truck in to be serviced and they managed to save one of my wheel sensors therefore saving me money and it helps when you're on a fixed income made me very happy

I had a minor paint job done there. They had some newbie do it. I could scracth off the paint with my finger nail. Under the paint was tar. I showed them. They were more interested it getting paid not fixing it.

I have bought three cars from Tim Jones at Craig Toyota-Madison, IN. Each time Tim has gone out of his way to make sure we were dealt with fairly and that the vehicle we were buying was in satisfactory condition. Yes, of course he wants to make money, but it seems that customer satisfaction and loyalty is even more important to him. Craig Toyota will always be my first stop when shopping for my next car.

Ever since we purchased our 1st vehicle at Craig Toyota over a decade ago, we ve always come back to them for all of our auto service and purchasing needs. The staff is very friendly and we ve built a great relationship over the years. The Service department specifically has been good to us by keeping great communication about remedies when we bring issues to them and they don t try to pressure or scare you into buying parts/getting other services you don t need. We plan to continue doing business with Craig Toyota and don t see a need to go anywhere else.

The best dealer I worked with hands down. Amazing customer service and the best deals around. I drove over an hour to save $3,000 on a brand new 4Runner TRD PRO when all the dealers in OH and KY told me discounts don t happen. Worked all the numbers out online with Greg, the sales manager. I was in and out within an hour. All the staff were also friendly and they will continue to get my business and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Was told by owner before and after car was bought he'd get what I asked for that car was missing. After phone call after phone call I got tired of being told what I wanted to here to get me off the phone. Take your money else where.

(Oil change and tire rotation on a 2007 Prius) Have been taking vehicles to Craig's for ~17 years. Timely service. Friendly staff. Asked that tire pressure be set to something other than standard and it was taken care of. Found hood not latched when I went to leave. Starting to feel like I need to check things before I leave the lot.
