A lot of misinformation about stuff..not dealing w/ them again

Very poorly run psychological service. Waited three weeks for testing for my step-daughter and was told results would be mailed within 5-7 days. It s been three weeks and I am sitting in the waiting room trying to get somebody s attention to get results. Nobody answered waiting room buzzer so I started calling telephone number. I let it ring until their answering machine picked up telling me the phone was answered between 9am and 2pm (it was 10am). I hung up when answering machine came on because when I waited till answering machine tool my call I got a msg that the mailbox was full.
I called 15 times before I heard Dr. Craig say I better see why this machine isn t taking the calls . While he was in visual sight I finally got his attention. He said just a moment, I ll get the report......well of course he couldn t find it and wanted my email address to send it to me this afternoon......which likely means the report wasn t prepared yet. Unbelievable.......absolutely unbelievable. I was told this was a crappy service by mental health providers in another county and wow......this is about the worst run service I ve come across. I am a mental health therapist with a Masters degree and will soon be licensed. I know what of I speak.

Since I first wrote this review I received a well written and helpful letter from Dr. Craig. I was told my step-daughters case completion had gotten caught in the vortex of many unexpected office changes. I appreciate the personal touch and wanted to reflect this. Thank you.

This a terrible doctor. Do your mental health a favor and find another doctor. It's bad.

I don't know who does there scheduling but they need to pay attention when there staff is going on vacation due to scheduling appt becuase i made my son an appt that i wanted him seen before school well i got told i called you a few weeks before his appt to cancel i never got a voice mail a few weeks ago before his appt becuase that Dr. that he was going to see was going on vacation i did not get a call a few week before his appt becuase i would of return the call another thing that upset me was when i asked how much a Co-Pay was because i wanted him to be seen i was told i don't know how much that would be becuase the person that knows that she is on vacation as well all i can do is thinknin the back of my head was seriously you work in a office with people in and out everyday and don't know the Co-pay i got told I'll have to look at someone elses and tell you why do you have to look at someone else's info to tell me the Co-Pay when you should know that and NO she did not even try to look it up or ask anyone else in office how much it cost i got with her hands in her face i dont know over and over so i told my son lets go before i freaked out i was excited for this appt that i waited almost 3 weeks maybe a little longer all i can say get your staff trained with info they all should know not just one person

So, I went to pathways. They have a contract with Craig Physcological for the kids who need therapy that are placed there. I know this may not seem like a reliable review because I am a juvenile delinquent but, if you are look for a therapist/ psychiatrist for you son, daughter ect. I would recomnd you go some were else. Craig is a nice man, but is very ignorant when it comes to patients and their situations. He s not really with the program .
One therapist by the name of Elizabeth, started even bringing up a conversation about a very inappropriate museum (The male body part) with some of my peers. This made them feel uncomfortable.

He was a lot of help in diagnosing my 9 year old daughter

My cousin went to Craig Psychological Associates Inc and she only speaks high of it. They made her feel comfortable and important.

Horrible office staff that can never get a patients billing correct. They will constantly send you a bill for money you do not owe and when you call to question it, all they can say is 'sorry, I am new here'. Really?!? One employee entered in there system that I only gave them a $2.00 check for an office visit instead of my $20.00 co pay. I would highly advise everyone to go for care elsewhere because this place will try to scam you out of money any way they can. For as long as it's been going on, I am surprised a lawsuit hasn't been filed against them yet, but won't be surprised if there is one in there future.
