My husband and I went to Craftsteak last week to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary. May I say that it was the best dinner we've ever had. Just the whole experience was marvelous the ribeye was so good and the mashed potatoes were the best we've ever had so worth it. The staff there was very kind and I highly recommend this steakhouse...

Definitely worth it! Sharon was our main server and I suggest you request her. The entire staff was excellent and the service is amazing. The chef made off-menu items to accommodate a vegetarian and the result was delicious and more than enough! Everyone was happy, satisfied, and craving to go back - so we did.

Craftsteak was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, we had excellent service from a team that was led by the incomparable Sharon. She is an absolute gem, makes you feel welcomed and truly delivers on genuine hospitality. Tim, the GM, was also extremely professional and kind when dealing with a group of rowdy guys in Vegas. We we re all very impressed at how calm he stayed and maintained the utmost hospitality.

The food was second to none. Made well, high quality meat, huge portions... we practically had to be rolled out. They had a vast selection of wine and bourbon and something on the menu for everyone. I now have a mew favorite restaurant. Thank you to the Craftsteak Team for delivering an unforgettable experience and meal. I cannot wait to return.

This steak house is great. The sides are wonderful and the drinks are delicious. I would have taken more pics but by the time I remembered I was almost done eating.

A fine little place in an area that can sometimes feel a little too much like a food fair at the mall. Sat at the bar and watched the three older gentlemen work the taps, bottles and wells like a veteran jazz trio. Very creative, knowledgeable and some of the friendliest guys on bar anywhere. The atmosphere is fabulous. The service was fantastic. The food was off the charts! Everything we has was the best. If your in Vegas this is a must Try! As we finished with desert it was eye rolling good. 11 plus. One of the best!

On 19 May 2021 my spouse and I had the pleasure to dine at Craftsteak Las Vegas. To start, the servers and all associates were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in every aspect. All were pleasant and made us have a great experience.
The meal we ordered really put the icing on the cake for a fabulous evening. I would like to bring particular attention to the meal that I had, which was the 24 hour Short Ribs. Never in my life have I tasted such perfection which is the only way I can describe it. The meat was succulent and cooked second to none. My compliments to the chef. He showed that he takes pride in his profession.
When one is in Las Vegas, they must dine at this fine establishment.

We we re extremely disappointed in our dining experience at Craftsteak. I had the scallops my friend ordered the salmon both were cool not even warm my friend got maybe a tablespoon of quinoa with her salmon which was a very small piece of salmon the roles they told us to be careful because the little skillet they came in was hot but they weren t even warm and tasted like store-bought rolls that they put butter and sea salt on top . The food came out slow and we were the second table seated. It was extremely expensive. The only good part was our waiter Francesco he was wonderful! The next two evenings we ate at crush which was fabulous!
