Simple job. Pinion wire to be cut and drilled on center. The materials were 6x more costly (and difficult to source) than the work to be done. CR Industries said they could do it. Got them back nearly all pieces were drilled off center. I explained my frustration about the work. My only response was many calls about making full payment including a surcharge if I paid right away with a credit card, which I did to end the relationship and the calls.
My expectations have been very simple for many businesses to exceed. Not only did CR Industries fail to meet but rubbed my nose in their own failure to provide me with the service they promised.
